To Whom it may concern, I am writing from Derby City Security, We had a complaint made against us by a company called [redacted] They stated in the e-mail that they have called and called and no one would awnser the phoneOur business is open from 9am-5pm there is always someone here awnsering the phone between those time'sAlso we have a emergency 24hr service line [redacted] the owner of [redacted] potential called one of ower tech's Monday the 12th and she told him they were getting a divorce and she would need to change the codesHe told her to call the office and schedule a time for a tech to come outShe called the office on Tue.13thI spoke with her she told me about the divorce and said that she needed to update the contact listSo we didShe never said anything to me about calling and getting no awnserNor did she say she needed a service ticket for changing the codes at her businessWe just had a tech go to her business Thurthe 15th to change the codes for her, she told our tech that she never made a complaint against our company it must have been her Ex husband [redacted] we belive that he is upset with us because he could not change the codes and contact list but she couldThis is also the same thing she told [redacted] Who is the owner of Derby city securityWe believe that this is a personal issue between a divorcing coupleIf you have any questions please call me at the office [redacted] Sincerely, Derby City Security
