I have recently used this company and I have to say the tech that came out and worked on my unit was so niceI called to schedule my appointment and the office staff was very helpful and answered all my questions the best they couldIn the date of my appointment the tech call me just like they said he would and we then scheduled a timeThe tech showed up a few minutes late but immediately apologized and advised me that he ran into a snag on the last callAs soon as we went in the house he began working and answering all my questionsHe then advised me that I was going to need some parts and that he would call me in a few days to let me knowAnd he did!! The office staff called and gave me a time when he part may arrive I was hen scheduled ! The whole experience was just amazing! The ladies at the front kept me in the loop and the tech was very informative !! I would definitely recommend this company!!

I set up an appointment through Whirlpool last week to repair my washing machine I called West Texas Appliance today, the day of the appointment, to get the timeA very rude woman answered the phone and told me she didn't know who I was, had no record of my service appointment and that Whirlpool was not supposed to make appointments for them She said they couldn't come out until Friday, days after my appointment was set, and maybe I should call someone elseObviously they are so busy they can afford to be so rude to customersGoing by the other reviews on Google and Facebook it's clear that I do need to call someone else

Needed stove repair My wife called our home warranty company on 9/and provided the necessary information and was told that West Texas Appliance would be in touch the next day After two days my wife call WTA direct and left voicemails on two separate occasionsNothing Called the home warranty company back on the 9/and told them the situation We were told that WTA was given a stern message and that they should be calling us on 9/ Service tech called my wife this morning (9/18) and was very rudeArgued with my wife that we had provided the wrong contact number, which was not true, and told her he could be there right now My wife works and told him that was not possible and she could meet him at He said he doesn't schedule appointments after pm and that we would have to be re-scheduled for next weekCalled the home warranty company back and they have us set up with Sears We are going to have to wait but it will be better than having to deal with WTA

We were very disappointed with the customer service we receivedWe were calling to schedule a service call, which had already been approved through our warranty companyThe gal that answered the phone had a nasty disposition and made comments regarding the fact that our appliance was not new, but was covered by our warranty, saying "Well, you sure played your cards right." Mind you, our warranty company had already confirmed with them to do the service- we were simply scheduling the service call, which was paid for in advance of the serviceThe time came and went and nobody showed upWhen calling back to check in, she stated she didn't have any record of itLong story short-our warranty company called someone else to do the workThis is not how you do business
