Review: I have bought a wine cooler from them for $615.25 Danby and it came defective. I have contacted them regarding it number of times (at least 10) for about 2 weeks. At first they told me that they can not take it back, first I have to call service (they gave me the number ###-###-####) and they need to see it before, and they will decide if it is fixable. When I call them and told the that they do not service the area where I live, they said they will get the RA from the manufacturer and then they will take it. Since then I have been calling them, but I am getting the same answer: that they sent the e-mail and they are waiting for approval, and they can not take it before they have the approval. I told them that I would exchange for different model because I am finishing my kitchen renovation and it is important for me to get when cabinets are being installed, so would not have to pay extra for someone to come other time. Does not look like they want to help at allDesired Settlement: At this point I just want to return it and get my money back. I will go somewhere else to buy it.
