I have used AAA Wildlife on occasions - to stop squirrels from building nests under my roofline, to remove squirrels from my attic and to eliminate a family of rats which had entered the walls of our basement through some broken stucco in our houseAll three times, AAA staff were prompt, informed, thorough, cost conscious and respectful to the animals they were dealing with (except the rats - sorry, cute as they are, they could not be relocated)They were especially attentive in dealing with the very young squirrel family which had made my attic a homeThe baby squirrels were removed and put into a L milk carton with a portion of the carton cut outThe carton was then nailed to the roof right near where the mother had been coming and goingA one way door was installed at the opening so that the mother could not come back inside the house but could easily find and relocate her babiesThe opening was then patched and I've never had a problem again I highly recommend AAA for any problem where wildlife need to be removed from your living quartersThey explain in advance what they propose to do, and consult with you every step of the way, to make sure you understand and agree with their approachThanks again AAA Wildlife for your excellent service!

you charge $every time you come out even if it is the same jobYou came out to my place and set the trapsThen we had to call you to come back a couple of weeks after, you came out again for the same job but charge $again to come backThis seemed unusual to me as it was the same job, I did not expect to be billed $againSo consumers be aware that they do a good job but each time they come back you will pay for the visit

A one way door was installed at the opening so that the mother could not come back inside the house but could easily find and relocate her babies. Review: On Saturday October **, 2014 an appointment at Smiles Matters/[redacted] was scheduled on my behalf, to see the Periodontics [redacted] for gum evaluation. When [redacted] came in the room and asked if was there for an implant consultation? I responded No the reason I am here is to have my gums and last tooth evaluated.He insisted that his notes said implant consultation. He explained that he couldnt perform gum evaluation until braces are removed otherwise he will give me inaccurate evaluation. I asked [redacted] to make clarification with [redacted] who made the appointment for me. She came in the room and explained that the notes said implant evaluation that it was not [redacted] fault. I suggested that she call the Orthodontics and clarify with him, [redacted] said that it was difficult to get in touch with him because it was a Saturday.I asked to get the One Hundred Dollars fee charged in advance on my behalf for the consultation that was never performed. She refused to make the refund because [redacted] took a look to an x-rays in my file which I have previously paid for. I insisted; [redacted] never took a look in my mouth all this time he was by the door listening to our conversation. [redacted] promise that she will get in touch with Orthodontics and make it work that she will call me on the following MondayShe never call back and or take my calls or reply any of my emails.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of One Hundred dollars to the same card that was charged. I refused any services from now on and do not wish to continue treatment with any Dr. at Smile Matters Dental/[redacted]. I declined any further charges in my behalf by Smiles Matter because they have shown no the best interest on myself as a consumer.I do not trust my health and or my finances to Smile Matters Dental/[redacted].Thank you.
