All of the work listed on the work order was completed.  Mrs. [redacted] did request for me to adjust a roof tile, that was not listed on the work order, that I agreed to complete.  A roof tile in the front of the house required an adjustment at the peak of the garage....

 On 6/22/2017 I personally replaced the roof tile and secured.  Any water leaks inside of the house have absolutely no correlation between the work that was performed on the contract.  Wood trim, and wood siding were replaced, and painting was performed.

I am rejecting this response because:Contractor has acknowledged that we had a verbal agreement at the time of final payment and final walk through of the job that he was to fix/adjust the roof tile.  He did not complete the task as agreed.  Contractor also stated during the final walk through that he was going to follow-up with a computer generated invoice of his services.  He did not provide such.  All I have was what I provided to the Revdex.com.As a result of his breach of contract, further damage was sustained to the house which now requires mold remediation and a re-build.  As the contractor mentioned, when he painted the home he fixed any damaged areas before painting.  That area that is currently damaged was non-damaged at the time of painting.  All damages are a direct result of the roof leaking.  I am still in the process of obtaining bids on mold remediation and the re-build.  I do have one bid for mold remediation which I have attached.Thank you.[redacted]

Review: After obtaining a quote for painting the exterior of my home and promised that work would begin within a week I gave Mr. [redacted] a check deposit to cover the materials to do the job. He then kept putting me off and not returning my calls to find out when work would begin. After several attempts I left a message to just return my deposit since he wasn't going to contact me with a start date. After two weeks he finally called me back and I told him that he needed to return my deposit and that I did not want to do business with him. He assured me that he would return the deposit but has not followed through to date.Desired Settlement: Return my deposit of $1000.
