I can't see any of the writing from the invoice that is attached I also can't see the customers letters There is just half the writing

Hello, When the customer reached out to our office about getting the rebate from PG&E we told the customer we would try to get it for him even though there was nothing on the customers sales contract from us about him receiving a PG&E rebate In order to receive a PG&E
rebate certain special things need to be done on the job site(BPI testing) This all took time and the rebates soon changed and we were no longer able to get the customer the rebate We were more than happy to try to get him the rebate but he does not qualify I have offered the customer $1,of my own money just to try and help I do not know what my sales rep and the customer discussed since that salesman is no longer with me All I can see is that we promised zero rebates to this customer I will not give the customer $3, If the customer can show that we promised him the rebate at the time of sale then that is a different story and I would take care of the rebate

Our technician [redacted] spend 45 minutes at this home.  He found that the compressor terminals were burnt down and compromised.  [redacted] had the male home owner come outside so he show him the burnt terminal.  Once the terminals start burning on an older compressor it it a strong sign...

the compressor is running hot and is having serious issues.  The home owner was able to get the terminal to connect for now but the system still has serious issues.  If [redacted] were to connect to the burnt terminal block and the compressor were to go out then the customer could also blame him for rigging up the compressor and possible demand that we pay for the repair.  [redacted] was sent to the customers home to perform a diagnostic and that is what he did.  [redacted] even used a Start capacitor to try to get the compressor running and he did not charge the customer.  The husband was abler to make the connection because [redacted] diagnosed the problem and showed him.  [redacted] gave this customer a price to replace this system only because the compressor is on it's way out.  If this home owner wants a refund on our service I will give them the refund as long as the home owner agrees this is settled and removes their negative reviews on the internet.

We will get a tech out ASAP and get this fixed.  I am sorry that I was not aware of these issues sooner and we will happily get the customer taken care of.  We will be calling asap to get scheduled to go out and fix.

We can and will have the third party come out and test the customers duct system.  I will have the office set up the third part duct tester and they will call and schedule the customer for testing.

Called for a service when it was over 100 outside. The tech came out that day and fixed my a/c unit for what I thought was a very fair price. My neighbor had them replace his a/c unit and he says his house has never cooled as well as it does now. Great company in my opinion.

Review: Heating&Air unit was installed June 1,'16, replacing my,30yrs+-old,system. The contract states that the duck system will be "Seal to California Standards,Title 24, Concern as to when this will be done, Sawyer's Office,[redacted],advise me that their system is to pick one job out of seven to verify that the required standards have been met and then passes all seven. City of Tracy Permit Department, [redacted],advised me that all installation must be inspected and passed.

The volume of air in the ducks are the same as it was with my old unit. I don't feel I should have to hope that my installation is chosen to assure me that it was installed to the required standards. I spoke with,sales representative,[redacted],about this and the damage,DISCOVERED, that the contractor failed to acknowledge.Desired Settlement: The pass or failed document that the system is or is not installed to the required standards.

Review: From the initial contact for quote leading up to the payment confirmation, everything was spotless, worked like a charm. Very prompt, courteous and professional service. I was impressed. After that everything fell apart.1. 1st appointment took time off & made myself available only to br told last minute that they can't make it and rescheduled for next day2. Wife stayed back next day. Tech came and installed condenser unit and left the wiring for another tech for next day3. Wife stayed back. Tech comes and does such a horrible and hasty job on wiring. Its a 120v electrical cable from the unit to the side of house going under the floor. WIRING TOTALLY EXPOSED AND LOOSE AND SHABBY. 4. The next day after inst the unit kept running during the day despite the room temp reaching the set temp. Did not cut off. Still happening now 3 weeks after inst.5. Called office and advised them to fix these issues, got appointment for next day.6. Someone comes next day and asks my wife what the problem was. Wife explained after telling him that issues were notated by the office. He said he was asked to go there and find out whats wrong. This person tells wife that someone will come tomorrow to fix it. Did not even touch the unit leave alone testing anything7. I call office next day and asked them why they sent someone to my place who knew nothing and did nothing. Was the appointment for him to tell us someone will fix it tomorrow.8. Who will fix the problem and when9. Who will pay my obviously high electric bill resulting from continued running during day up to present time10. I sent email explaining everything to the email address given on their website. Also mentioned that if not action was taken then I will report to Revdex.com, media and possible legal action.11. They are not bothered because no response, not even an acknowledgement from their side.12. Serious safety issue here as well. Someone can trip over the wire, fall and incur serious injuries or even get electrocuted.Desired Settlement: 1. Fix the problem to my complete satisfaction and give at least 1 year guarantee.2. Compensate for high electric bill, time allocated in getting the issues resolved and physical and mental stress in dealing with the whole episode.

Review: We had [redacted]s Smart Energy out to our house on 04-02-14 because our heater was not working. They did a diagnostic and found the problem was with the thermostat programming, not the heater and air conditioning package unit on our roof. The charge for that was $59.00 We had them back out on 05-16-14 because the air conditioning was not working. We were told that the compressor fan motors bearings were bad and it needed to be replaced at a cost of $545.00. We thought it was very high especially since the motor bearings were not making any excessive noise. We then had another heating and air conditioning company come out a cost of $79.00 and were told that the wires on the capacitor from the condensor fan motor were incorrectly connected so that the fan motor was turning backwards, which caused the air conditioner not to work. The technician switched the wires on the capacitor and the air conditioner has worked fine even in this hot weather ever since. I personally was on the roof with the technician on the first visit and observed him remove the wires from the capacitor and then remove the capacitor to inspect it. He then replaced the capacitor and reconnected the wires to it which is when they must have been switched.Desired Settlement: The desired settlement for me would be a refund of the original visit cost of $59.00 which is when the wires to the condensor were obviously switched as well as a reimbursement payment of $79.00 for the cost of the other company to come out and switch the wires back for a total refund of $138.00. I have documentation from both companies to verify my complaint which will be made available upon request.

I was in the office when Mr. [redacted] called in and explained his problem to my gal. If my technician did not diagnose the service call correctly I have no problem sending the customer the funds he is asking for. I need to know if my technician is doing poor work. My tech claims the motor was seized up when he arrived and that the bearings are bad. When bearings are going bad the unit can continue to run until the bearing over heat and cause the motor to stop again. When it comes to bearing and or a motor going bad it can easily be tested. All I ask is that the customer allows me to send a senior tech out to test the motor and the bearings. The customer can be with our tech the entire time. If the motor is bad then I will not refund the customer any money and I will let my tech know he did a great job. I would urge the customer to request a refund from the other company who missed the actual problem. If the motor is fine I will happily refund the customer plus give him an additional $50.00 for his inconvenience. I will then punish the original tech. I really need to know if my guy has done something wrong. I do not want a tech working for me that is not doing his job right. He can come out any day of the week but Sunday. Please let me know if this will work.

This is the worst company I have ever used. They put in new heating system and AC including the duct system. A worker PEE'D in my backyard, I had no AC after they installed it and left on a Friday. Had to call someone back to fix. It took 3 hrs. The tankless water heater didn't work. Had to replace it with a regular one. Then they didn't even put in a energy saving on( which was the whole reason for doing this). Never will I recommend or use them again. I believe they are there to sell sell sell and don't care if you are happy.
