After three separate phone conversations explaining my new insurance information, including the insurance company name, Group #, Member ID #, mailing address and phone number, I made appointment to see my regular doctorNot one, not two, but three different conversationsI then received email confirmation and two phone phone confirmationsArrived at center mins early, provided all info, then sat in waiting room almost an hour before being called back to the front deskThere, as quietly as possible, the staff informed me that my doctor doesn't accept my insurance but I could see a PA but not now, but two hours later or I could come back tomorrowI guess the staff doesn't appreciate that I have to work for a livingThe staff did confess they have no idea how this happenedI will be taking my business to a more professional practice1/day totally wasted

Not one, not two, but three different conversations. I then received email confirmation and two phone phone confirmations. Arrived at center 15 mins early, provided all info, then sat in waiting room almost an hour before being called back to the front desk. There, as quietly as possible, the staff informed me that my doctor doesn't accept my insurance but I could see a PA but not now, but two hours later or I could come back tomorrow. I guess the staff doesn't appreciate that I have to work for a living. The staff did confess they have no idea how this happened. I will be taking my business to a more professional practice. 1/2 day totally wasted.

Review: Dear Derm Support - I am dismayed at your company's unwillingness to cancel a simple order that I made over the phone back in August 2015. I received a partial order and the first charge to my debit card on Sept 4th 2015 was for $47.44. I immediately called and cancelled the entire order. Several weeks later I received some sort of vitamin pack that I did not order and my card was charged again on October 5th for $39.95 .I sent back the vitamins with a note to cancel as well. I changed my debit card and now receive a demand for payment of 39.95 dated 13 November 2015. Please refund my $39.95 charge and stop sending orders. The original partial order was never fulfilled.
