Derma Gieo

I tried to work with this company (Eric) but he was rude, not truthful and hung up on me. I did a trial for My Beautiful Eyes. I got my box about 5 days after the order and the trial came with Ovieaderma and Supremedermagio, 10 days they just intensified my wrinkles. 2 days later another box arrives with both products, I called and cancelled my trial, explained to the guy it didn't work, told him I had not even opened the second box. He said send it back, I did, my daughter helped me. My spouse had a traumatic brain injury and I had a breast cancer scare. I did not check my account until August and realized I had been charged $95.86 for the Oveiderma and another charge for $94.78 for the Supremedermagio. The bank could only do 1 dispute because so much time had passed and contacting the company got me nowhere, they said no call to cancel was recorded, never got the box I sent back. and said the only info they had was the charge back of 1 payment. I am out close to $700 and don't know what I am going to do. Stay away from this company they are sharks!

The product di d nothing it claimed to do; no reduction in lines or darker spots. When I realized I would receive $100 shipment each month I attempted to cancel via their website. Even though they provide an email address for customer service they require you to call them to cancel. I received my second shipment the next day. I could hardly hear the service rep during my first call due to background noise (it sounded like he was in a call center) and I was disconnected. My second call back I had to repeat my information multiple times and felt like that was a stalling tactic. The service rep finally cancelled my subscription but I was told I could not be refunded both orders because I didn't cancel within 30 days, even though neither product is opened. I haven't tried to return the product yet, but am very unhappy they won't take back unused product at $100 a pop.

While I understand that I should have investigated even further before buying this product, I was shocked to find out that in the HIDDEN details somewhere, that I would be charged the FULL price after 14 days of using this product (offered for FREE for shipping charges only-because they believe in this product so much), and be placed on a recurrent billing cycle. I have used the free (not free) product, but have not had results. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered the sample size of both the Dermagieo Face Serum and the Vieva Derma Eye Cream. I really liked the Face Serum, and was interested in the reviews. That's when I learned, through this site, that my credit card would be billed automatically each month. I called to cancel. The guy offered to sell them for 20% less. I told him to just cancel. Then, he offered to sell them for 70% less. After I still told him to cancel, he not only cancelled the recurring credit card charge, but also the shipping charges I had paid. Very nice.
BUT, 70% discount? It's very disturbing to know people are paying the outrageous overblown full price, when it's so easy to get it for so much less.

Research SCAM reviews about this company. They are emerging all over the internet.

What they do is the following.
- Market using such celebrities names as Christie Brinkley, Sarah Palin, etc.
- Offer a "free trial" if you pay S&H. For me, for two different items, the S&H totaled $7.94.
- They do NOT say you will be billed 14 days later for the two different items, which in my case totaled $181.70.
- They also intend to send you (and bill you for) additional supplies monthly because they say you agreed to be in a "club", or some such thing.
- They market under many company names and use lots of different phone numbers,
- If you call them to challenge the charges they are combative. They finally offered me a reduced price on one item after agreeing to remove the charge for the other. I said I was not paying for either item, except for the S&H as they offered originally.
- I contacted my Credit Union's Visa representative and they will be dispute he charges and I expect back them out. They said they get 5-7 calls daily about these type Scams and recommended not to order off the internet like I did if you cannot verify the integrity of the company multiple ways. They only serve Visa Cardholders that signup through their credit union. Not a huge base, so 5-7 is a lot.
- Dermagieo had no website for dtermining what their products cost beyond the "free trial" offer, and at that time, I could not locate reviews for them. I did not think to search before ordering the free trial to search for Scams, etc.

I expect things will turn out okay for me (hopefully). I hope things turn out okay for you as well. I've learned a lot and do not plan to repeat my error!

This company is pure SCAM do not buy their products. The customer service lady was very rude and pushy. I told her that I paid for the trial and I never saw anywhere that it was only a 14 day trial... If it is a trial... of course you will try the product, I offered to return the product and the lady said no because it has been used. I never authorize a charge of $89.91. I called my credit card company and I have to fill out a complain and see what happened. I closed my account to avoid more charges.
