Laser hair removal is a non invasive proceedure and it can be performed on anyone taking any kind of medication. No matter what the medication is. Again I am truly sorry you have developed a medical condition. I spoke to you about transfering your package you purchased to another area or person who may wish to take it over. I have told you before all packages are none refundable. Never was it stated you will have a refund. All documents you signed at your first visit state that all laser hair removal packages are none refundable.

 A few of the medications I'm on right now states I am NOT allowed to have any laser hair removal done, why would I risk permeant scaring on my face? It's not my fault that this happened to me. if I had known I would have never went to her in the first place. One of the medications I'm on right now helps with my hormonal imbalance and completely resolved the hair growth on my face and there is no need to have it done anymore. Another thing that really bothers me is when I called the first time asking about a refund she said she would look into it, if it's policy for her to not refund why would she say that in the first place and lie? I'm extremely upset with this whole situation and would just like a refund.

I am writing in response to your complaint to the Revdex.com. I would like to start off by stating when I spoke to you on 8/*/14 and 8/**/14 that I was sorry you have been diagnosed with a medical condition of [redacted]. I also told you at that point...

in time that the contracts you signed where non-refundable and you are able to come in for treatments when you are ready to do so. I am very much aware of this condition, [redacted] causes you to have a hormonal imbalance. I have a huge clientele with this condition and it is in fact safe to have treatments if you have [redacted] or if you are on any medication associated with this condition. It is life changing to have laser hair removal if you have this hormonal imbalance [redacted]. Clients have said it gained them some self confidence and improved their appearance as well. This is not a life threatening disease therefor the treatments you purchased are non-refundable. I am sorry you changed your mind about continuing to have services with us. However, you are welcome back to finish off your treatments at any point in time.

Review: I went to derma laser to have hair removal done on my upperlip and chin, I started growing hair out of nowhere on my chin and as I got older it got worse and worse. It was embarassing and I was very self concious about it, so I saw on deal chicken that there was a deal for 3 sessions for $99.00 at her [redacted] office which was not even 15 mins from my house so it was very convienent for me since I work fulltime and still am in college. I bought the deal and made an appt. The first time I went for an apt the woman [redacted] rush me through all the paperwork and didnt even explain any of it just told me to initial and sign where she marked, as I was in the room she said she couldn't do anything eith the laser until I paid it all up front with a 2 year gurantee, I ended up having to charge $650.00 via CC and she messed up 2 times with running it and ended up charging the card twice but in the long run it did show it was charged $650.00. While I was in the room she didn't explain anything to me and started by putting the gel and started with the laser. After my apt I was in so much pain, it hurt so badly, I was not expecting the pain. I went home and a few days later I noticed thast on the area she used the laser it was all swollen and felt like my skin was leather and was throbbing, days passed and I went to my dermatolgist. I ended up having unexpected health problems that I never knew about, I was put on medications that did not allow me to do any laser hair removal. I got diagnosed with [redacted] and was put on more medications for that that actual reduced my facial hair growth, a few months passed after my first apt and I told [redacted] that I would be in contact with her to talk about what was going to happen wih all my health problems. While I was on the medication and things weren't going to great I was back in forth at doctors apts and getting blood work almost every week. My bills added up very quickly. I was on my way to her office in [redacted] were I originally had gone and decided to go to since the location was perfect and I did not have to commute far to get there, as I got there I found out that she had moved offices and moved to Milton New York, which is about a 45 min drive from my house and not convienet at all for me with me working full time and taking night classes. I called her and talk to her and asked for a refund and told her all my health problems and how money was very tight for me at the moment with all the apts I had to go too. She told me she would get back too me, she never did. A week passed and I called her back and she was rude and said she forgot to call me. I was extremely upset that I was just forgotten like that. This is a matter of hundreds of dollars. She said the money was non refundable but said it could be transfered over to another person. I was very confused that I couldn't receive a refund even though I have a medical condition that doesnt allow me to have laser hair removal done and not to mention I dont even need it anymore, if I had known I was going to have [redacted] I would have never made an apt for the hair removal and would have NEVER choose to go to her if I had known she was going to be moving locations to a place a lot farther away from where I live.Desired Settlement: I do not expect the 99.00$ from deal chicken because I used the one session, but the 650$ that I had to put down at the very first apt I would really appreciate it back. I didn't know that I would have all this unexpected health problems and paying for all my doctors visits are killing me.
