The website I used to purchase product was either tryrevitafresh.com or DermaStore.com.  I ordered the two products through one website and it was shipped in one package.  However they claim they are two separate companies.  However, when you call one or the other, it's the same...

person on a recorded message.   Thank you so much for any help you can give me.  My husband and I are retired and $175.90 is a ton of money to us for products never ordered and never rec'd.  I did receive the free trial products.  We have called them every day this week and the customer service person tells us the manager will call us back.  But, of course, no one ever calls back.

Review: I ordered a free sample shipment of Dermarestore and was charged $4.95 for shipping. I rec'd this product. Two weeks later I saw a pending charge from this company for $89.95 on my bank statement. I immediately called and cancelled that shipment and any future shipments. I did not receive any further product. Here it is six months later and I am still trying to get my $89.95 refunded to my account along with another product Revitafresh that charged my account $85.95 that pulled the same trick at the same time. Repeated calls to the company provide no results and various excuses. This company is a rip off and they should be shut down. I am out $175.90 for NOTHING received. I feel I deserve a refund.Desired Settlement: This money should definitely be refunded to me. They cannot provide a tracking number for the product I am being charged for. BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHIPPED IT.
