Derma Scoop

I was on line with a bank and ready to close it down when all of a sudden derma scoop appeared offering a free sample of 'BLACK DIAMOND"Erroneously thinking this was a bank advertisement, which I learned right after placing the 'FREE SAMPLE" .I called the bank and found out it was not However, when I tried getting back on their site I was unable to I felt I would get it and watch and see if they were going to send me any more samples that I would need to pay for or if they would bill me ahead of time
Instead of receiving my free sample only, I recvd bottles of the product However, on the enclosed label it only had ship to and not bill to so I set it aside believing they had made an error
No they had not On my charge acct statement there was a charge for and
I was away and paid both amts However, when I went to write them, getting address from google I was told to sign in My email address was not recognized and they responded I had noneNo phone nowould be given unless I signed in and of course I couldn't as they did not recognize it It is only when I went on your site that I obtained their phone noI called them and the rep I spoke to said shipping and handling was all I paid for which I would not challenge as I am spending more time on this than it warrants However, when she said I ordered 2, which I said I did not she kept saying I didShe then proceeded to read my email address and I said it was correct so how come I could not sign on to their site she had no answer for that As she kept repeating I ordered 2, I hung up and will complain to my bank HOWEVER, I KNOW YOU CANNOT HANDLE THIS COMPLAINT BUT I HOPE IT IS WRITTEN SOMEWHERE HOW FRAUDULENT THIS COIS In fact on google there are sites which rate them unfavorably and
fraudulent as well
