DON'T ORDER SAMPLE! I canceled within the 14 days but they claim I didn't. They have been charging my credit card monthly. I don't even receive the product. I also
Spoke to Maxine and it took over 40 minutes to get credit for these charges. She claimed she had a tracking number for the orders. I haven't received any products but they have been charging me monthly. It's a SCAM!

I got a $88 charge to my credit card bill because I ordered a sample and paid shipping charges. They are refusing to take the whole charge off. Maxine was very well versed in telling me I must have failed to read the entire free sample- 14 day trial information. I only wanted a free sample but its not free! if you dont call them within 14 days they charge you monthly. This lady was so well versed in how I must pay for this that I am sure thats what she does all day is try to make people feel they are obligated to pay for a free trial advertised. DO NOT ORDER A FREE SAMPLE!

Credit Card was charged after calling twice to cancel within the 14-day trial period.
On 12/06/18, I ordered free 14-day trial of "Instant Ageless Serum" from Derma Tera on Order Number 28F1FF8936 and paid shipping. After the 14-day trial, my credit card would be charged for a membership. I received the package about 5-7 days later. I called Derma Tera on 12/17/18 at 3:59pm MST to cancel my membership. I spoke with Abigail, Agent *** who had trouble pulling up my account using my name and zip code. I spelled my name and she still couldn't find it. She asked for my phone number and I believe my email address to try and find my account but she couldn't. I gave her my order number and she still couldn't pull up my information. She apologized and said she would give my information and cancellation request to her supervisor who would call me back within 24-48 hours. I never received a call back, so I called again on 12/20/18 and spoke to a man with a Middle-Eastern or Indian accent whose name started with a B or a P and explained the situation. Impolitely, he assured me that if I'd called for a cancellation prior, that the cancellation would go through and I didn't need to worry about it. On 12/30/18, my credit card was charged (currently Pending at my credit union). I called Derma Tera again on 12/31/18 at 10:17am and spoke with Agent *** who said they had no record of me calling either time and that there was nothing they could do to refund my money. She offered me a 30% discount on my next shipment. I declined. It felt like a scam. I reminded her that the calls were recorded so they should be able to review my cancellation call. She tried to offer me a 60% discount on my next shipment. I declined again. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said the supervisor would tell me the same thingthat there was nothing that could be done. She asked for the situation again and it sounded like she was typing it into the computer and put me on hold. I then spoke with Agent 346 who identified herself as the supervisor. I explained the situation again and she said they would not refund the $88.31 and that there were no records of my previous calls. I asked her if I hadn't called previously, how would I know who Abigail Agent *** was and she said they had no record of me calling. I asked if the calls were recorded and she said said. I asked if she could review my initial call and she said no. I asked her if there was someone I could talk to who could review the call and she said no, and that I was talking to the supervisor and there was no one above her that could assist me. I politely ended the call.

My inquires were noted as they found no address for Derma Tera and it was referred to a company called Healthy Temptations located at 108 Main Street, Pine Bush, New York 12566. Further, Derma Tera seems to have three different products for Instant Ageless. There is reference to an office/warehouse at 13266 Byrd Dr, #631, Odessa, FL 33568. When I used the customer service email of [email protected] it went to an office/warehouse in Tampa and I was given P.O. Box 15221, Tampa, FL 33684 as their address. It was thought the product came from CA. Feel uncertain of who this company really is. It was also after the fact that I earned this company is said to have used Judge Judy in there ads. I did find this info on the internet also so who knows? I have disputed this transaction with my bank. Now I have followed up by letting the Revdex.com know what is happening in hopes you will examine this company closer and put them on the naughty or nice list. The agent I dealt with goes by the name of ***.
