Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/08/31) */
RE: Case #XXXXXXXX
To Whom it may concern
This email is sent to you in response to your letter dated Aug18th,
We have been in business for over years, we never had in our history any complaint, proven by our history, We do not
agree with the client's complaint, and below is the explanation why we don't agree
Client: *** ***
History of client's interaction with business: ***(***) *** was our client since March 14, 2016, and received the same Botox treatment at our office in March She requested and had other treatments done at our office by the same professionalAlso please note that she came to the follow up on all her previous appointments
Treatment: Rotoxi Forehead
(Please refer to the detailed invoices provided with a copy of her credit card signature proofs pages attached)
On July 19th appointment, she (the above mentioned client) received the treatment she requested for the same cost of previous treatmentWe provided all means and appointment time to check the results and go over all details with herResults are usually proven by before and after pictures of her
However, this time was different; earlier than necessary for the results to show up, she cancelled her follow up appointment threatening, and *** *** demanded from us to act upon her requests the way she timely wanted
Please note that in our policy, we always have a follow up appointment, in days to take the after pictures and make sure that the client is satisfied with the results (Botox treatments usually take a week to show results)
Also in our policy, we use text reminders for appointments as a courtesy to our clients, or when they need an appointment urgently, we would respond_ But further detailed questions are answered during appointments to avoid misinterpretations and for clients' privacy reasons
Client's Course of action?
She requested a Botox treatment for the forehead to help lift her eyebrows, on July 19th and came at 2:pm
(please refer to her text July 18th correspondence on docs page one)
She was given a follow up appointment in a week as Botox takes days to show full effect
On the 20" of July, she texted requesting details of information regarding the treatmentShe was told then that all information will be furnished on her follow up appointmentShe chose to cancel her follow up appointment on 27th of July that was set up at 10:AM
(please refer to her text July 20fh on page 2) Client's Threatning the business
She proceeded to threaten not minding that all her answers will be covered in the follow up appointment (in less than a week)
(please refer to her text July 20th on page 3)
Client proceeded to tarnish the business reputation on Google my Business but the review had not been approved by Googie
(Please refer to Page from gmail that Googie My Business emailed us on July 21st)
Client also proceeded to tarnish the business reputation through Revdex.com of Northern Indiana(Please refer to Page of documents provided)
In conclusion; We feel that the client had impulsive behavior that we were not aware of, demanded things the way she wanted to be (on-demand)The information she requested was not urgent, and waiting for follow up in days or less is not detrimental, neither would change any of the results
We feel that she did not mind our policy or that we respect her as a client and allocate time for her, as well as for other clients to serve properlyThe pricing is the same as previously priced and paid by her, discounts applied by pharmaceuticals manufacturers are noted
If you need any more information or have any question about the case, please call us at *** or you can email: ***.haddadinggniail.com
Thank you,
*** ***
Owner
Please also note that based on the client's complaint; she is not aware that Licensed and trained RN's can practice in a Medical Spa under the directorship of a medical Dnr:tnr all over united tatecWhat ig surprising is that she came back more than times to practice to get services from the RN, that conflicts with her statement
If we were not carrying any professionalism at our practice; she wouldn't have come back, and we wouldn't be able to run the business for over years
We have a good reputation and our business is driven by word of mouth referrals
We always bring back the clients for check ups after treatments by a week, in order to make sure that the treatments are satisfactoryThe fact that *** *** cancelled her check up treatment days before the check up appointment, and before results of Botox show up, which is normally days after treatment for most people; that raises a flag that this woman is unethical, and may just thought that she could get away with a free treatment
Her questions would have been all fulfilled and answered if she was present at the check up, because we don't submit medical information on text or email per our policy
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/08/31) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
For one she still has not provided me with the number of units usedYou can read my text she has attached and see that what I asked wasn't unreasonableAs far as why I went back to her it was because of a *** "in store credit" which was a promotion that was supposed to be providing to me a check or cash but I had to report the provider to brilliant distinctions for not honoring itThat is THE ONLY REASON I returned*** had no problems texting me in the past about random things so I didn't see a problem with asking her for a receiptMy GUESS is that she got angry because she knew she didn't used a therapeutic amount of BotoxThe reason she has no negative reviews is because it is obvious that she manages to remove them from Google and other websitesI had literally no results from her treatment and am still simply requesting the number of units she supposedly usedI would tell anyone to beware as she charges just as much as an MD to do her treatments
Final Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2016/09/01) */
Our response to the above client is the followings:
We don't furnish medical information on text or email only in personThis is a privacy issue, because we are not sure who is texting or emailing
We can also furnish her previous results from the previous treatment with pictures of before and after
(Since she didn't come back for this treatment in a week which is her free check up appointment, we have her before picture but not her after picturePlease note that it takes a week for Botox to show full effect, this evident on Botox website)
Clients are responsible for their own coupons, if she doesn't furnish a brilliant distinction coupon that she creates on her account, we don't have a way to use it as an office
Obviously any discount used or coupons provided with codes would be on the receipt furnished
Client needs to research who can do what procedures within their license before throwing any threatening remarksObviously she is ignorant of that
We will furnish her with record and info on units used land all pertaining info in personShe will need to book a time so we are available to make time for her and check the work we did last with an after photoWe are providing her time on Saturday September 3rd for that purpose
Finally, We realize that all Her remarks regarding how we may deal with reviews or any other accusations are not documented and appear immature ad childish with ignorance and lack of sight to how things go nowadays
In conclusion, We demand a proofs to all her accusations otherwise she is liable to every word of dis farming to our practice, that includes every word she writes or sayShe is an adult and needs to be responsible for her actions
We repeat that we are giving her time Saturday September 3rd to come foe post treatment picture and her information that she requestedShe has to come in person

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 13, 2016/09/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It's ironic that you could text me all kinds of information when it was convenient for you but you can't email or mail a receipt?! You posted other receipts as well as my personal info on here so how is that respecting my privacy?!Sheesh! I will not be coming in on September 3rd as I don't feel safe nor comfortable after the name calling rampage you just went onIf you won't mail the correct receipt then that is on you
I also have "before and after" pictures of your work as well as old texts we sent back and forth where I told you I looked like a monster and was sickened by the money I had spent
I did everything correct with the coupon thing and had to report you to Brilliant Distinctions due to your dishonesty
I don't think leaving a bad review and reporting you to the Revdex.com is threatening in anywayThat is my right as a consumer and I can only hope that I can save some other poor sucker a few thousand dollars by reading my reviewsThe United States is a free country and we have the right to express our opinions here and that is all I have doneIf you don't like us "childish" Americans then you are welcome to go back to Middle East
I never said that you weren't licensedI just stated that you charge as much as or more than most dermatologists I have since looked into and your aren't even a Nurse Practioner let alone an MDYour husband being a doctor does not make you one
I'm done with this sillinessYou got your money and that's what your goal was so you "win"
