Review: I purchased products from Dermablends website on 12/11. Within 5 minute of placing the order I realized I had ordered the wrong products for a christmas gift and so I looked for a way to immediately cancel the order online, however there is no method to go about doing this. I made another order containing the correct products and I proceeded to contact dermablends customer service online in regards to cancelling the first order but they are not open after 5, and so I emailed them. This was sent on 12/11 on the same day within 15 minutes of the order being placed. Since then I was not contacted in anyway in regards to cancelling the order. On 12/19 I recieved a package in the mail from dermablend with the products from the first order and my card was charged. I was never contacted about the package being shipped out not to mention the fact that I did not want this product in the first place. I proceeded to call their customer service number and was hung up on twice, one time after having waited for 45 minutes. The next time I was able to contact them was on 12/22 and I spoke to a rep named [redacted] at 9:30 am. She told me that a label would be sent via email to me within 30 minutes to return the order. I inquired about the second order since I had ordered it within 5 minutes of the first one and when she looked it up she said it had been shipped to the wrong address, even though the addresses for both orders were identical. At this point I was fed up and asked for a complete refund for that order as well. 2 hours later I still had not received an email and so I called them back and was hung up on 6 times by their phone service. I spoke to another rep who informed me [redacted] had been busy and would get to it asap. 3 hours after that I had received no label, and so I called again and spoke to [redacted] who then told me she could not give me a definitive time as to when I would receive the label via email. I want a complete refund, and nothing to do with this companyDesired Settlement: Complete refund of 185.44 to my credit card.

Review: I ordered a tube of liquid cosmetic the middle of March of this year. I received the product the middle of April. I did not like the color, so requested a different shade to be sent in exchange. I called the company on June 14th and was told that a refund would be sent out that day. On the middle of August I called the company again and was put of hold for 44 minutes. I called again today and got a message that all the lines were busy and to call back later.I am tottaly fed up with them and just want my money in the amount of $38.57 back.Desired Settlement: Refund in the amount of $38.57

Review: Purchased a product from this company on June 18th, 2013. Once received, the item did not match, so I sent back for a refund within the 14 day return period certified mail. Package was received on July 1st by the company, and after MANY, MANY attempts to contact ANYONE from customer service for a REFUND and ASSISTANCE, I was never called back. The phone lines hang up on you, the one person I managed to contact was rude and laughed at me for being confused as to why I couldn't reach anyone. She said she was e-mailing someone from the department to call me (7/9/13) and I've never heard anything back.Desired Settlement: For a complete refund from this product that was purchased, not only that but for their customer service to get their act together!
