practice manager, made special accommodations to help the patient get the day she neededI changed our clinical schedule, scheduled employees that were not scheduled prior, pre-oped the patient, gave prescriptionsSo we used time on our books for consultation, pmeeting time, scheduled employees for her procedure, changed other scheduled patients around to make this happen for her and ordered suppliesIn this case hard cost were occurred

hola *** soy *** mire a leido la carta sra*** nunca se comunico con migo ella dise que ella izo cambios pero si ella medio dos fechas quese podia a ser la cita ella medigo que el y de agosto pues como ella dise que se hizieron cambios, si yo tomo responsablidad de ir al lugar equibocado queno deberia yo aber firme los papales para el credito pero pensando que ella iva esperar por mi llamada para seguir con el prosedimiento si yo deberia ver esperado para despues de hablar con mi drpero yo medeje yevar por su supuesta buena intencion de ella yose que alomejor despues lo ubiera podido aser pero me preocupo mucho que ese lugar no le inporte la salud de los clientes sino solo el dinero, yo entiendo que yo tube resposablilidad por ir al lugar equibocado y cuando yo llame para aser la cita le pregunte ala persona que cuanto costaba la cita para consultar si podian aserme loque yo requeria ella me dijo que la primera cita era gratis,,, pues no porque me estasaliendo muy cara y mas porque el estres que tenjo y mi condicion medica trato de mantenerme tranquila por el tratamiento medico que estoy tomando yo quiero resolber este plolema lo mas traquilamnte que se pueda por que mi medico me recomendo no tener estres por eso quiero terminar con este prolema, pues la sr*** ella se aseguro como obtener ganancias de cualclir formapero que sea gusta yo recibi solo hojas de papal si ella quiere yo selas regleso y estoy dispuesta a pagar los minutos que hablo con migo pero $es demaciado para mi ella dise que izo cambios por mi alla nome comunico nada de eso cuando yo hable con ella porque trato de enganarme poque ella no espero por mi repuestadespues deque el doctor me ubiera dado permiso lo ubiera echo la sirugia pero ahora yano confio en ellos yo sesde ase mucho tiempo lo queria aser para sentirme mejor facialmente pero ahora no siento la confianza porque esto que paso, si la sr.*** ubiera sido onesta con mijo y me ubiera escuchado por loque yo estaba pasando de salud pero no ella le inporto solo asegurarse su dinero para sus ganancias y eso que dise que yo no me comunique con ella es mentira yo tengo como conprobar que yo trate de comunicarme con ella pero contestan el telefono otras personas la sr, *** me contesto que no tenian el tiempo para hablar con migo porque tenian otros pacientes y cogo el telefono si ella no le digo nada de mis llamadas ala sr*** pues la sra*** tambien tine responsabilid de todo esto que esta pasando,,, yo como me defiendo de todo loque dise si ella se aseguro deque firmara el papel para su proteccion yo me siento muy desepsionada en toda mi vida nunca me abia pasado de ir a un lugar con un personal asi mi credito es alto porque siempre a sido responsable de mis actos mis cuentas pero a hora llege al peor lugar y en momento equibocado yo le pagaria una cantidad rasonable que seri $dolales por el tiempo que hablo con migo y me hizo sentir que mi vida cambiaria para mejor pero no es la mayor pesadilla que a tenido, gracias *** por ayudarme encontrar tranquilidad ojala que que la conpania de Revdex.com les quite el prebilejio de tener el anuncio de Revdex.com que tienen el la ventana por que no se lo meresen

Hi [redacted], it's [redacted]. See, I've read the letter. Mrs. [redacted] was never in any communication with me. She states she made changes. She did give me two dates to make the appointment. She gave me the 15th and 25th of August, seeing she states she made changes. I, agree, I'm fully responsible for going to the wrong location and signing the paperwork for the line of credit. I did so, under the impression and understanding she would wait to submit the paperwork pending my call the following day. I should have waited to sign anything until after my doctor’s appointment, but placed my trust in her and her supposedly good intentions. I know that perhaps down the line, I may be able to continue with the treatment, but I'm concerned this location does not care about their patients’ health, rather the money. I understand it is my responsibility for going to the wrong place. When I called for the appointment, I asked the person on the phone how much it would be for the consultation and if they would be able to do what I wanted and was told the first appointment was free. Well no, the appointment has been very expensive. More so, because of the stress this has caused me and my medical condition. I try to remain calm because of the medical treatment I'm on. I would like to resolve this problem as calmly as possible because my doctor recommended being stress free, which is why I want to resolve the problem. Mrs. [redacted] did what she could to obtain a profit in whatever form. She needs to be reasonable. I only received 6 pages. If she wants, I can return them to her and am open to pay for the time/minutes she spoke to me, but $600 is too much for me. She states she made changes for me but did not communicate anything with me when I spoke to her. She tried to take advantage of me because she did not wait for my response. After my doctor gave me the go ahead, I would have done the surgery but I no longer trust them. I've wanted this for very long to feel better, but because of this no longer feel confident in getting it done. If Mrs. [redacted] was being honest with me, she would have listened to what was going on with my health. She didn't care. She was just worried about securing a sale and revenue. She says I did not contact her, it's a lie. I have a way to prove I did attempt to contact her but others answered the phone. Mrs. [redacted] told me they did not have the time to talk to me because they had other patients and hung up on me. If she did not communicate to Mrs. [redacted] about the phone calls, than [redacted] is also responsible for everything that's happening. How am I supposed to defend myself from everything she's saying. For her protection, she made sure I signed the paperwork. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I've never had to go to a place like this with personnel like this. I have a high credit score because I've always been responsible with my accounts. I'm at the worse location at the wrong time. I'm open to paying a reasonable amount, $250 for the time she spoke to me. She made me feel like my life would change for the better, but it's been the worst nightmare. Patient does speak English as multiple people in the office have spoken with her. She Scheduled a surgery and late canceled. When she scheduled the surgery,  she needed a day we do not normally have surgical appointments. So to accommodate the patient, I [redacted]...

practice manager, made special accommodations to help the patient get the day she needed. I changed our clinical schedule, scheduled employees that were not scheduled prior, pre-oped the patient, gave prescriptions. So we used time on our books for consultation,  pre-op meeting time, scheduled employees for her procedure, changed other scheduled patients around to make this happen for her and ordered supplies. In this case hard cost were occurred.

[redacted] financed through [redacted] and gave all provided info to apply for the card. Signed the credit card slip, consents and left with prescriptions. [redacted] filed a dispute, so we provided all info they requested and they have stated the patient is responsible for the hard costs of $600. We have made multiple attempts to resolve the situation with [redacted] in a positive way. We have even offered to re-schedule her procedure with out penalty. [redacted] stated she would look at her schedule to come in and discuss, I have not heard from her since. We have no problem refunding the patient the $3500 back to her care credit and this was explained to her. At this point we have found that our staff and [redacted] feel is a reasonable resolution to the problem as [redacted] is not taking any responsibility for the canceled surgery. [redacted] was informed in multiple ways of all our protocols and procedures. I can send all signed consents, credit card forms, as well as all documented communication with [redacted].
