I have canceled my subscription & returned 6 products for credit, but I continue to receive product & have not been credited for the items I returned!

I submitted a request for a trial size "Judge Judy" face cream that was supposed to be just the shipping for $4.95. They charged my account for $89.
I submitted a request for a trial size "Judge Judy" face cream on 6/5/2020 that was advertised as just paying the the shipping for $4.95. They charged my account for $89. My bank provided me their number and after being on hold for 30 minutes, I spoke with a representative that said they would give 25% back, I stated I did not want the product, and he transferred me to two more people who offered to take 50% off. The third person (Tommy) said they would refund my money and it would take 7-10 days, I have not received my refund yet. They also sent me the product, I did not open it and sent it back as "refused"

The company will not refund my $89.90. They will not stop sending the product. There is not phone number only contact via email
I want them to stop sending me the product and refund my money back to my debit card. I did not authorize them to remove $89.90 from my card.
You cannot contact anyone at any locations. On there website you can only fill out a contact us form and no one contacts you back. I need my money back and need the product to stop.

Product ordered, no indication of subscription. Sent extra product and charged twice. Even after complaint to company, refund wasn't completed.
Jan 2020 ordered small trial product and was shipped 2 trial products. Charged twice for $4.95.

Feb 5, charged 89.99 but no product received.

Fed 20 - contacted company to complain about charge. Spoke with Eric who confirmed he would refund the $89.99 charge.

Mar 5, charged $89.99 and product shipped, refused and returned to sender.

March 28 - contact BOA to refuse both Feb and Mar charges. BOA did refunds + interest.

Company still fighting one charge.

I ordered a free trial of VitaRiche LUXE and Velvet Eye Vitalize Serum. Cannot contact the company to stop any further items being shipped. HELP
I do not want the company to send any product or to charge me for any product. I cannot reach them. Return email of the original orders comes back as undeliverable. The return address on the packing slip is: Dermacare LLC, 4737 Mile Stretch Dr Suite 3366, Suite 573, Holiday, FL 34692 (YES 2 SUITE NUMBERS) . I looked up this company on Revdex.com and found this phone number 877-746-6620. When I call the response is "All Circuits Are Busy, Please Try Your Call Later. Announcement 8." This happened all afternoon long.
Today (04/25/2020) is the 9th day. I read on Revdex.com website that you have to cancel future shipments by day 10 which is tomorrow or they ship and CHARGE.

I ordered one item from the company but they are still sending more items I want them to stop sending items and refund my account

Offered, ostensibly, from Nordstrom on Instagram, VitaRiche Luxe face cream for $4.95. Was charged $89.99 and an addtional $89.95 for eye cream.
Your Message: Dermacare order #XXXXX. On or about Jan. 20, 2020, I accepted a time-limited Nordstrom offer on Instagram for VitaRixe Luxe face cream for the price of $4.95 shipping and handling. There were 8+ minutes left on the offer when I accepted. I was charged full price, $89.99, plus $89.95 for Velvet Eye Serum, which I did not order. Total charged to my Regions bank credit card: $179.94

I reported the problem to Regions bank immediately. After taking my complaint of fraud under advisement they required me to work it out with the merchant.

Nordstrom has no record of making such an offer on Instagram and does not carry Dermacare products therefore Nordstrom will not assist in resolving the issue.

I have received no response from Dermacare after 2 emailed attempts to resolve the issue.

I keep getting more orders from them
that I don't want but I have no way of

Saw a Facebook ad saying to leave a remark on how you feel about Nordstroms and to just send in money to cover shipping and you will receive a VitaRiche Luxe face cream, trial size. When you go to order they try and get you to also get an eye cream, which I did not want. Then got an email showing an order charging me for the face cream and eye cream (double postage), when I emailed them back immediately complaining I got no response and I tried calling them but it was just a recording with no way to leave a message. Then today got a debit on my card for the cream for about $90.00, which of course was not ordered. The bottle states Dermacare LLC, Phoenix AZ 85032

The product I ordered was not the product that I received. I returned it and asked for a refund. The company did not honor my request.
I ordered a sample of a product on line for $4.99 and when I filled out my credit card info it flipped to another screen charging me $179.94. When I received the product I immediately returned it and requested a credit to my account. They never credited my account.

I saw the advertisement on tv that the product sold for $4.75 cent .which was all that they suppose to been sending out.
but instead they sent out two more orders of which I did not order .so I'm gonna send the two orders back to them

Signed up for a free trial offer which must be cancelled by Feb. 26,2020 or a continuous monthly fee will be charged to my credit card. It was a face cream and I broke out in a rash from the first use. I want to cancel this subscription but the only phone number listed 888-888-8888 does not apply to the company name and I have no other way to contact them. Please help me.
