I orded dermaclear the 3 bottles for $79.99. I never recieved the order..and they charged twice for the order. I called several time, no answer.
I placed a order on line date 4/13/19 of dermaclear price was 3 bottles for $79.99. I never recieved the bottles, and they charged me twice. no product and no refund. I called several times no answer. I would like to know where my refund for amount of $159.98. I keep checking my account no refund.

I was enrolled in a monthly recurring program for a product that does not work. The company will not take back the unopened products.
I was enrolled in a monthly recurring program for Dermaclear skin tag removal cream that I saw on Facebook last June or July, 2018 that does not work. I did not get any product in Nov or Dec, 2018 so I thought it had stopped. Each month I was charged $39.99. When I called the company in Jan, 2019 they said they would reimburse me for the products I did not receive and the did. They also stopped the program. But when I asked to return the products that I have not taken out of the shipping packages I was told I could not return any products. I have never had a company not take back unopened product for a full refund.

I would like to return the four unopened bottles of Dermaclear skin tag removal cream for a full refund at $39.99 each.

Deceptive Marketing - Company continues to ship product excluding information on how to contact them to cancel auto shipment that I was not aware of.
I purchased DermaClear to try it after seeing an ad on Facebook. I thought, based on all that I read that my purchase was a one-time only purchase. However, I continued to receive shipments of the product. The product arrives with a cryptic mailing address and no information inside the packaging that would allow for a return of the product or for you to contact the company to cease shipments. Today, I found other complaints filed with the Revdex.com regarding this company and a phone number for the business. I attempted to reach the business and received a voice message. I will continue to attempt to reach someone until this is resolved. I have now received multiple shipments of a product I do not like, do not want and do not wish to continue to receive or be billed for.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be contacted. A resolution would be to return unused/unopened product with company paying for shipment of returned product. I would like company to immediately cease shipping this product to my attention and debiting my credit card.

I tried this stuff and found it to be junk. almost immediately I was charged for about 3 more. I called and was informed that I had actually signed up for a subscription. my bad, should have read the fine print and stayed far away. after all, why would anyone need a subscription for a product that works like magic in no time? I swallowed the expense and cancelled the "subscription" and they stopped billing me.

until now, that is. suddenly,they've charged me $89.99 for something I didn't order and have not even received - no product, no order info by email, nothing. and on the day after Christmas!?

I want my money aback and I want them to completely remove me from their system. they had no right to have retained my financial information after I stopped doing business with them.

I am trying to return 6 out of 8 unopened bottles of mole remover. They will not provide a return label. They are very uncooperative to return bottle.
I am asking to return all bottles because they don't work. I used 2 thinking maybe it takes time, nothing, I asked to return & they refused. I told them I'll go to the Revdex.com & they agreed to refund if I return product. To their credit, they said they returned 2 bottles without the merchandise. In order to get the other 4, I need to return merchandise. No problem, I asked for a return label & was told they don't do that. I'm disabled & can't print out on a computer (don't have one) I'd need them to mail one. Again, said they don't do that. I asked if I can send C.O.D they said no. I just want my money back for a fraudulent product. Their website says they will return without questions asked. Not sure if that matters to you. Can you help me? I am also going to social media, 7 on your side & yelp with all of this. It's ridiculous.

Company sending and charging for products NOT ordered.
Company enrolled me in monthly auto-ship/reorder without my knowledge or consent in 06/2018. I had ordered 3 bottles of Derma Clear SKIN TAG Removal Cream for $79.99.

In 08/2018 I received a bottle of their MOLE Removal Cream. I put the bottle aside thinking it was sent by mistake. When I received my September credit card statement, there was a charge for $39.99 on it dated 08/06/2018. I called the company on 09/06/2018 for an explanation of the charge making that the first time I found out they were auto-shipping a new bottle every month that I supposedly signed up for. I DID NOT SIGN UP for any such thing and informed him so. He agreed to issue me a refund of $39.99 and cancel my subscription which should have been the end of the problem.

However, on 09/12/2018 I received ANOTHER bottle of the MOLE Removal Cream. I called again and this time I was told I received it because it was shipped on 09/05/2018 which was the day before I called. I was told that the refund issued was for the second shipment and refused to refund me for the first shipment, which is the shipment that I called about.

I was enrolled in their auto-ship refill program without my knowledge or consent. I did not pick this option and do not want anymore of their products. They did refund me $39.99 for one auto-ship bottle and cancelled my enrollment but I was referring to the August shipment and billing and didn't expect another shipment this month. There was absolutely NO charges indicated on the paperwork included with both shipments and since I didn't sign up for Auto-Ship I had no idea why these shipments were being sent.

Desired Resolution: NOW I want ALL my money back. First of all, my original order was for SKIN TAG Removal cream. It did NOT work as advertised and I'd like a refund for that. Secondly, I ordered SKIN-TAG cream but received MOLE cream for the Auto-ship products. I never signed up for auto-ship and they especially didn't send the product that was originally ordered. They refused to refund me for the first auto-shipment in August. Last, I want them to stop being deceptive about their resell policy.

I was sent additional product that I did not order or sign up to receive.
I was sent a bottle of product that does not work. I asked for a refund but was denied and have been send additional items. I was charged for these items as well. I've asked to return the items for a full refund and have been told that I can not.

Saturday, July 28 was my 30 days, it's a weekend and I did not have my Calendar or computer available. Today is Monday, July 30th and I called them to tell them the product did not work, I wanted to return it and that I want to stop the auto replenishment that they automatically sign you up for. I was informed that they had already sent another shipment and charged me $39.99 but would give me 50% and stop the auto replenishment. Here I am out $39.99 for the original product THAT DOES NOT WORK! and an additional $19.99 for a replenish shipment that I did not want. Just give me my money back and I will be happy to send the *** back!

I want my $39.99 for the original shipment of the product that DOES NOT WORK. I called within 30 BUSINESS DAYS, maybe not 30 days, but it was immediately within the 30 days. I also want my refund of $19.99 in which is the auto shipment they sent me and were charging me full price until I told them I didn't want auto replenishment. I have no problem paying for product that works or for product that is past due, but I certainly feel that I gave enough notice to be refunded for this awful product. I was told everyone's results are different. Not fair.

I ordered 2 bottles in my first and only order. The product does not work at all and I just received another bottle in yesterdays mail that I DID NOT ORDER. I want to return it but there is no return instructions and the phone number listed as Customer Service has been giving back a "busy" signal constantly. I read the reviews on your website and I see this is happening to others. I have read their sales pitch over and over and I do not see anywhere that mentions a subscription.

Hello, upon review of this account we have cancelled out the customer from any future billing or payments and issued a credit back to the customers account that will process back within 3-5 business days along with an email for cancellation and the refund.

I purchased Dermaclear to remove moles and after weeks of you there were no results. Cancelled reorder subscription. This product is not effective.
This product does not even have lot number or expiry on the bottles. This product is not effective. Used for several weeks with no results. Do not recommend to anyone.

Hello, upon review of this account the customer was cancelled out as of 04/23/2018 and given a refund of $39.99 which she then accepted. However the customer was outside of the initial 30 day money back guarantee on her original order which was placed as of 03/23/18. As a company we wanted to satisfy the customer to the best of our abilities by refunding the subscription charge In full and stopping any further actions.

I ordered 1 bottle of dermaclear. At no point in their ad do they clearly state th you CANNOT order only 1 bottle and NOT SUBSCRIBE! Deceptive SCAM.
I ordered 1 bottle of Dermaclear. At no point in their add do they clearly state that you cannot only buy 1 bottle PERIOD! Terms are not clear and if I did misunderstand, there was no notificatiion to me as to when the next shipment would go out in order to cancel. Everything is automatic without notifying or consulting you. Very deceptive and bad business.

Second automatic shipmentOrder #XXXXXX Ref #XXXXX Date 5/15/2018 Third shipment I was told about when I called to find out why I got the second bottle and they told me a third shipment went out which I have not received. Talked to Rick who said he will cancel my SUBSCRIPTION that I do not want and refund the last bottle only. I told him I want a refund for the second bottle as well and he refused per terms he says were on the website. The ad I saw was a pop up on the right side of my screen and I do not remember any such terms. I just wanted 1 bottle to try! Very deceptive and bad business. Will never buy from this company again and want everyone to know what they are getting away with!

Hello, upon current review on the account we have issued an addition refund that will process back within 5-7 business days the customer will be receiving an email of the refund as well.

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered 5 bottles because my husband and I both have a few skin tags. I figured it was cheaper than going to a doctor. WRONG!!!! Does NOT work at all!! I might as well just put alcohol on them. They don't even have a legitimate email address to contact them back!! Do NOT order from this company!!!!!

My wife and I tried the product for the 30 days that they advertise as a free 30 day trial, and this *** did not work at all.
I called them to cancel the rest of my orders because it is a subscription based product and they gave me a lot of grief for trying to cancel. They also refused to give me my money back after the 30 day free trial so beware this company should be shut down ASAP....

Product did not work!!! I failed to realize I had "subscribed" to the product. I was given a 50% refund on the second shipment; however, I received 0% refund for the original bottle since I missed the 30 day return window. I only received the 50% refund on the second bottle because I failed to cancel the subscription before the item shipped. Based on the efficiency and scripted response from the customer service rep, I speculate most people do not realize the product is a subscription. Sneaky tactics!!

This company uses bate and switch tactics. I was told it was free except for shipping. I now have over 300 dollars of charges for one shipment. I tried to cancel this last one. My visa alerted me and they refused. I said I would return it and asked how to do that...I was told no. Then the rep proceeded to berate me saying I agreed to the terms and it was my fault. MG! This is exactly why I never purchase anything on line. I am just sick.
