This is the classic scam !! Order at a low price, give them your credit card, and you'll find you are billed every month.
This happened. We called them. They are only across the bay for us so we asked if we could drive the product back to them. NO...... We MUST mail, with tracking number to the address, the one that is only 20 miles from us.
We did. All was done in a timely manner. We called 4 times. We were put off 4 times.
The only saving grace is we used our Bank of America credit card and BOA immediately credited the monies back to our account and took over the pursuit of justice in this matter.
Dermaktive is a rip off. I signed up for 3 months at a set price. I was to see remarkable results making me look ten to twenty years younger. It did absolutely nothing. I still look like I'm 60 years old. I would have done better with Ponds cold cream.
I opened a box today and tried calling the number enclosed and no one answered. I went to my credit card bill and found that they had charged me $133.89 for that box. That is more than the previous 3 months cost me, They refused to give me a refund because they maied it more than 30 days ago. The customer service person offered a 25% refund but was told by her supervisor I did not warrant any refund and it was her error,
