6/1/I am writing in response to the recent complaint made by ** [redacted] a Past client of DSI Med Spa.He had purchased a package of laser hair removal through [redacted] for the amount of $paid to [redacted] for sessions of Back laser hair removal in August 2013.We fulfilled all the sessions that were paid for except the last Session due to the fact that the customer refused to pay for extra charges stated on the price list on the website) of for shaving his back, which was not included in the series he had purchasedWhen he was told about the charges he got angry and left the premises threatening to write bad reviews and complaints etcOur cancellation/ no show policy is clearly stated on the terms and conditions of [redacted] deals as well as on our business website and posted at the reception area therefore if clients decide to walk out or change their mind they will lose their session according to the policy of the businessIn addition ** [redacted] had not been paying for the extra charges of shaving because of lack of communications' between the laser tech and the front deskstaff for the past times we understand he probably was not informed about the extra charges until the last session when the tech informed himMyself as an owner went in the room to explain to him but he did not like it and left not giving us a chance to resolve the situation amicably!We would be more than happy to offer him another service to show our customer Service levelI have included copies of [redacted] review he put on since that day and the proof of his payment of $not $he claims for your records.Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or I can help with nay thing in this regard

I must say, this behavior is nothing short of harassment, threatening, bullying and slandering This matter is going to be handled by my attorneys and legally.She is a very bitter, angry and unhappy person who is not making sense on one hand she wants a refund for a class she never paid for and expected credit for it which was not authorized and on another hand she is trashing my curriculum and Dpor's rules and Regswhich one is it?Obviously, still very upset that her behavior and continuing to be a bully to me and fellow students got her expelled, not the none sense laser credit I have documents to prove how she bothered other students and what they think of herRevdex.com has received additional docs to prove all I said I will be more than happy to show you more.She was given an option to come back and appeal but she chose to fight and slander instead.Just FYI, A person who accuse some one else to be at wrong would not be running a business out of her home while is not licensed providing services that is not within her scope of practice.The same 'students" who have given her statements in writing may have send me a snap shot of "*** Advanced Skin care"with her photo and all the services offered.SHE IS NOT A MASTER AESTHETICIAN to provide peels and MicrodermsJust to show you what kind of person she isi will be more than happy to send photo.Thank you

2013.We fulfilled all the sessions that were paid for except the last Session due to the fact that the customer refused to pay for extra charges stated on the price list on the website) of 25 for shaving his back, which was not included in the series he had purchased. When he was told about the charges he got angry and left the premises threatening to write bad reviews and complaints etc....
Our cancellation/ no show policy is clearly stated on the terms and conditions of [redacted] deals as well as on our business website and posted at the reception area therefore if clients decide to walk out or change their mind they will lose their session according to the policy of the business. In addition **. Review: I paid for 6 sessions and they didnt give me all of the sessions, stating I would lose the session if I rescheduled, The reason I wanted to reschedule is that they would always cut the hair on my back and then give me the laser treatment, on my last visit they wanted to charge me 25 dollars for that same service they never charged me for before ?? No apology just " pay the mystery 25 dollars and you lose your last session "Desired Settlement: I want my last session money that is owed to me
