I ordered a FREE Dermalay product ("just pay shipping") then received a collections notice from Collect Pro for $85.95?!?!Product_Or_Service: Dermalay Eye SerumOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementA letter from Dermalay acknowledging that NO money is due.Business Response Dear Revdex.com,This customer's account has been closed in good standing and no further action is required. Normally we require per our terms and the confirmation email that the product be returned. However we do not want any unhappy customers and have settled this matter accordingly.Customer SupportConsumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I received a prompt e-mail with an apology and a confirmation that the "collections effort" was in error, and it also confirmed no money was due. Despite their "Normally we require per our terms and the confirmation email that the product be returned" statement, the product I purchased was paid for in full and not required to be returned.Terrible to "accidentally" send folks to collections when no money is owed - have to wonder what happened!

I had ordered a "FREE" trial of eye serum in late February. In March $89.95 was taken from my bank acct by this company, I had not even received anything for this amount. I didn't follow up and foolishly let it slide. On April 2 2015 another amount, this time for $94.90 was again taken out by this company and again received nothing for it. This time I called the bank and it was stopped. I received a letter from my bank stating they had researched this and the merchant refunded the money. This company had attempted to charge over $189.00 for a "FREE" item. I thought it was over. I then received a notice from "COLLECT PROS" collection agency stating I owed the $94.90. I tried numerous times to get in touch with this so called collection agency but it is impossible! I would appreciate any help or advice you could give me on this. Thank you!! Joyce WatsonProduct_Or_Service: eye serumDesired SettlementThis type of advertising is misleading and to have received a letter from a collection agency is ridiculous! I have worked hard to keep my credit rating good and don't want it affected. I would like to get a refund of the $89.95 but if that is impossible I would like to see this advertising stopped as it's a scam! I looked this "COLLECTION PRO" up and saw many people who had similar issues. Business Response Dear [redacted],This issue has been resolved and Dermalay does not owe any money to the client. If you have any further questions email us or please call our customer service Toll free numbers 855-924-3394/855-924-3395.Thank you,Dermalay Customer Service

Ordered Dermaly anti aging collagen complex and wrinkle reducing eye product did not work for me and received no satisfaction from companyOrdered this product by paying postage. Product caused my skin to feel dry, red and sore. When I called company to complain they informed me that I was stuck with the product and would be billed for the full amount of $94.90. I in turn called my credit card company to complain about this issue and they removed the charge from my account. Subsequently Dermalay turned this account over to Collect Pros for collection on 5/20/2015 reference #[redacted] with demand for payment within 30 days.Desired SettlementI want this charge dismissed with a written letter stating that the matter has been settled.Business Response [redacted],We apologize for your trouble. The only thing we ask is customers return the product for a full refund within the specified time frame. We maintain full 24 hour customer service here in the usa and email support. The Collect Pros letter was sent to you in error and your account is in good standing. Your credit was not affected.Customer SupportDermalay

Received a Notice to Attempt to Collect a Debt of $184.85 from a collection agency for Dermalay products which I never bought.I saw an ad on the internet for Dermalay which stated one could purchase two products as a "trial". I paid $4.75 for the Eye Serum and $4.95 for the Face Serum on 1-14-15 (date on my bank statement). I never signed up to receive anymore products nor did I ever hear from the company until this collection notice dated 5/20/2015. Now I see where my bank account was debited on 2/4/15 for $89.95!! I never received anymore products nor do I want to. I demand a refund plus no further action. Yesterday I sent via mail a letter disputing the validity of owing $184.85. This is absolutely outrageous!! I tried calling Dermalay to speak with a live person and kept pressing 3 on my keypad when prompted but the recording kept going back to the same spiel. Desired SettlementI want my $89.95 credited on my account immediately. Plus I want the collection attempt(s) to stop. How the heck can you charge someone $89.95 and then try to collect an additional $184.85 when all I ever asked for were 2 trial (sample) sizes of your product????!!!!Business Response We apologize for the collection notice that was sent in error. The customer was to have returned the products, even if they have been used. This is also sent in our email confirmation upon the original order being placed. We also provide a 24 hour toll free number to assist with this as well. However, we do not want any unhappy customers and apologize for any misunderstanding. We have closed this customers account.

In December of 2014 I saw an ad on [redacted] for this face and eye serum I ordered for my wife. When she received it she did not like it so she called and got the information on how to return it. So we put both bottles in the same package they were received in and wrote the 2 RMA numbers on the front of the envelope as instructed. We returned it Certified mail and they received it on 01/21/2015. On 01/29/2015 they refunded $89.95 the price of one bottle but they have not refunded the price of the second bottle of $84.95. I have spoke to [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] regarding this refund and they have all said it would be returned. My last contact was on Friday May 8, 2015 in which [redacted] said someone would call me back on Monday May 11, 2015. I told her thank you and I would give them until Wednesday May 13, 2015 if I didn't hear from someone by then I would be turning them into the Revdex.com. Here it is Thursday May 14, 2015 and I still haven't heard from them. They also told me there would be a $5.95 restocking fee because of the length of time. I now feel I should get my full refund of $84.95 because the length of time has not been my fault.Product_Or_Service: face and eye serumOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like a full refund of $84.95 and a complaint filed so hopefully no one else will have to deal with them like this.Final Consumer Response I want to let you know I finally received a full refund from Dermalay. I received the check on 5/21/2015 the check is dated 01/26/2015. As far as I know I am finished with them unless the bank won't let me cash the check because it is dated 4 months ago. I know some checks are no good after 90 days. I will be depositing the check on Tuesday 5/26/15. So if the check turns out to be bad I will be contacting you again. Thank you very much for your help.[redacted]

I ordered the fee product and read the small print and it stated no reorder on the product. So I ordered the Dermalay Face Serum them I get a free eye serum with the order. Well the eye serum has a auto ship of the product I didn't see. Then they sent me a reorder. I called the company and had the auto ship canceled. The woman at the company said I had to return the produce or pay 50% less for the product I said no and I had to send a check for 6.95 for a restocking fee. I sent the check and the product back. They did not cash my check and then sent Collect Pros after me. Ref #[redacted]Product_Or_Service: Fase SerumOrder_Number: #[redacted]Desired SettlementCancel the collection department. Seeking a refund for 7 charges on my [redacted] for product never shipped or received. Business has not returned calls or attempted to resolve my issue. Dermalay has been billing my [redacted] since 4/15 $99.90/month for product I never received. My requests for full refund have been refused. In Feburary of 2015 I paid $5 and free shipping for a trial size of a face serum from Dermalay (website dermalayfaceserum.com). I never authorized a monthly commitment to pay for product beyond the trial size. My [redacted] was then charged $89.95 in March 2015 and $99.90 each successive month until Dec 2015 when I discovered the charges. I never received any product and did not realize my auto-pay [redacted] was being charged over the course of 10 months for a product I was not receiving. I never received receipts, emails, a customer ID number or order number from Dermalay. I moved from my ** home in April 2015 and had an active forwarding address with the US Postal Service. No product was received at my home in the [redacted] either. Upon discovery of the charges and contacting [redacted], [redacted] agreed to refund me $399.60 (the last 4 mo. worth of charges- Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec of 2015) but cannot refund prior to those months and has directed me to contact Dermalay. I've called their Customer Service at tel # 855.924.3394 3 times over 3 weeks and left messages for [redacted] Supervisor. On my 2nd call, I spoke to service rep. [redacted] on Jan 15th, 2016 - he verified that shipments were never received by me and that Dermalay never contacted me about the issue. I got [redacted] on the phone today- she introduced herself and disconnected me. Dermalay has made no efforts to return my calls or follow up on my requests for a refund for 7 months of product (total of $689.35 in charges) never shipped to me or received by me. [redacted] cannot assist me further in this matter and I feel that no resolution will come from Dermalay despite my best efforts at contacting them. I'm a senior citizen who has paid $1,088.95 ($399.60 of which were refunded to my [redacted] card) for zero product from a company who refuses to resolve unauthorized billing and requests for a full refund on missing product. As previously stated, I do not have any customer ID, receipt, or order # from Dermalay, as they have initiated no contact with me, a supposed customer, over the course of these unauthorized transactions. The following are the transactions for which I received no product, no receipt and no order #:Outstanding [redacted] Charges:3/4/15 $89.95 (free shipping was included here)4/3/15 $99.90 (89.89 product plus shipping)5/3/15 $99.906/2/15 $99.907/2/15 $99.908/1/15 $99.908/31/15 $99.90 Desired SettlementI'd like Revdex.com of Nevada to assist me in acquiring a refund for $689.35 in charges from Dermalay. Business Response Thank you for the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We did look into [redacted] account, and found that there was a trial of our face cream ordered 2/10/2015 for the cost of shipping ($4.95). The terms and conditions to this trial offer do state on the website (upon ordering customer must accept terms and conditions by clicking a box acknowledging they have read and agree) that we offer a trial period in which the customer has 14 days (plus additional time 5-7 business days for shipment receipt) to try the product. If no cancellation request is made or received within this trial period, the customer will be charged for the one-month supply initially sent in the full amount of $89.95. Our terms also state that if no cancellation is made post trial expiration, a fresh one-month supply will be sent every 30 days until cancelled for the cost of $89.95 plus $9.95 shipping. We did not receive such cancellation request from [redacted] until 1/21/16, at which time we did cancel [redacted] recurring charges and shipments, as well as refunded three orders in the amount of $99.90 each. We received (4) notifications of chargeback on charges from 9/29, 10/29, 11/28 and 12/28. As a result, [redacted] received credit to her account directly from her bank.As a courtesy, we did issue credit on the follow transactions: $89.95 3/4/15, $99.90 5/3/16, $99.90 6/1/15, $99.90 7/1/15, $99.90 8/30/15. We would like to note that these credits are being applied as courtesy, since no cancellation request was received as per terms and conditions; nor did we receive any returned merchandise per our 30-day money back guarantee. We will waive our return policy and [redacted] is welcome to keep all product currently in possession. We hope that these actions satisfy [redacted]'s complaint, and if further information is needed we do ask that [redacted] reaches out to our dispute management department (866)-498-9345. We thank you for the opportunity to rectify this situation.

I ordered the trial offer of the Dermalay anti aging collagen complex on Dec. 3 2014 and was charged 4.95, I also ordered the Dermalay wrinkle reducing eye serum at the same time was was charged 4.75. I then called on Dec. 30, 2014 and canceled any further shipments of either of the products. I did NOT know that on Dec. 21, 2014 they had already charged my credit card 89.95 and 84.95 when I called to stop the subscription. I was NOT told at that time I had already been charged for the next shipment ( which I NEVER received) nor was I told at time to ask for my full refund. Now they won't give me my money back a total of $184.90. They said it was a 14 day trial and the time clock started the minute I placed the original order back on Dec. 3, it didn't start from the time I received the items so my 14 days is up and they are keeping my payment. I want my full refund!!!!! Please help me get my money back.Product_Or_Service: Dermalay: eye serum & collagen complexDesired SettlementI want my full refund of the charges on my credit card. Dec. 21, 2014 of $89.95 and Dec.21, 2014 $84.95 for a grand total of $184.90.Business Response Customer ordered on December 3rd and was sent an order confirmation to her email with the terms clearly laid out again in the email.
