I am rejecting this response because: The company has refunded $on 12/15/and on 12/22/ The financial compensation at this point will be considered satisfactory I would like to reiterate the the company does not have properly identified return policy They have items referrable to return of items within the "Privacy policy" on their website They do not have a return policy that is attached to the purchase of the product As well, my mother never received a notification that she was being sent a product for a day trial offer.Minor correction to the company's record of my phone conversation with their customer representative They hung up the phone on me and called back on a different line

I am rejecting this response because: The terms and conditions were not clear to me and I am disappointed the way they treat senior citizensI did learn, however, never to ever order anything online again! The company charged me the $even after a telephone conversation where I was insistent that I did not want the product During the conversation, they tried to convince me to continue the product by reducing the price significantly They need to put the terms and conditions in bold print up front so even a senior citizen can understand

As of today, February 1st, 2016, all charges have been refunded in full except for the initial $6.75 and $1.99 shipping and handling fees. Once your bank sees that these charges were refunded they should remove the overdraft fees.

restock fee of $9.95 is 12%, lower than the industry standard. At many retailers, restocking fees are allowed as long as the fee is clearly disclosed (it is in our terms & conditions) and as long as it isn’t charged if you’re returning an item because of a defect or missing part, or because it wasn’t what you ordered (company’s fault). Restocking fees help businesses pass on the costs of repackaging, shipping, and the reduced sale price of a resale to the customer. When a return is made, the company is in many cases stuck with a product that cannot be sold as new anymore. Do you want to buy a product that is supposed to be new and instead receive a box that has been opened and a product used by another customer? I certainly don't. When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for any frivolous returns that company handles, indirectly, through higher prices. Restocking fees help us keep our prices low. Since the orders from 3/10/2015 have never be returned, they are no longer eligible to be refunded as these orders are beyond our 45 money back guarantee. All refunds eligible to you have been refunded accordingly and your accounts have been settled.

I am rejecting this response because: The company has refunded $80.00 on 12/15/2014 and 89.95 on 12/22/2014.  The financial compensation at this point will be considered satisfactory.  I would like to reiterate the the company does not have properly identified return policy.  They have items referrable to return of items within the "Privacy policy" on their website.  They do not have a return policy that is attached to the purchase of the product.  As well, my mother never received a notification that she was being sent a product for a 14 day trial offer.Minor correction to the company's record of my phone conversation with their customer representative.  They hung up the phone on me and called back on a different line.
