I ordered two different products from this company and paid $8.95 for each product. Then, they sent me additional product without my permission and charged me over $180 for the unauthorized shipment. I called the company and offered to send the unopened product back and requested a refund. On the first call, they said that they could not do anything. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that one was not available. This was on 8/8/15 around 8pm. I decided to call back on Monday 8/10/15 in the morning when I thought a supervisor may be available to me. I was able to speak to a supervisor, but they would only agree to reimburse me 35% of what they had charged my bank account. That came out to be around $60. I don't see where they had permission to charge my bank account as I do not believe that their intent to do this was adequately disclosed when I ordered the initial products. I just want my money back. I do not want the products. They did not work. I do not want others to have to go through this hassle.

Review: I received a sample from dermalogix ([redacted]) and was never sent or emailed about the product or the terms or the costs.I continued to receive the product and was charged to my credit card $94.90 for 1/2 oz of the product for the next 3 months.I returned the last two packages without opening them.I opened a resolution with my credit card on February 7, 2015 and they were informed that I did not want this product. When I called dermalogix they. Would not discuss the matter until I dropped the case. They then sent me another order in March and I was charged another $94.90. My credit card has not been able to help me.I now have no product and only an outrageous credit card bill for something I never ordered and had canceled. This company is a thief. I gave them my credit card number to pay for the shipping of a sample which arrived with no paper work or terms etc. PLEASE help!!!!Desired Settlement: The charges to be reversed on my credit card and they can keep the product that I sent back. I have tracking numbers but have heard nothing and again they will discuss the matter with me until I drop the case.
