I paid for a trial of the Dermaluxe Peptide Cream The shipment came without an invoice or paperwork A charge was posted to my credit card for $ I called the company to dispute and was told that I was supposed to call and cancel within a certain period of time and I should have received an email confirmation (I did not) The customer service rep kept me on the phone forever offering a 35% refund, then 50%, then 75% and finally told me I would get 100% refund I wanted to return the product and was told it wasn't necessary Misleading advertising and shady business practice in my opinion

DO NO BUY THIS PRODUCT! It doesn't work like they show in the video and then they automatically take the money out of your account without your knowledge The next thing you know you receive an email stating they are confirming your order you placed at 2:A.M., which I did not place Their website is very sneaky and when I received the sample, there was no return address or refund instructions as usually comes with any legitimate productCalled customer service somewhere overseas, couldn't understand them, they kept reading from a script and was hung up on when I asked for a managerFinally reached someone and was told they cancelled my subscription but couldn't refund my money, only send me dinner compensation for the amount of a third of the $they charged me Do not fall for their tactics - BAD PRODUCT, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and BAD SCAM!

Was on the website for anti-wrinkle cream that "*** ***" recommends - *** *** *** When I clicked on the trial sample, it brought me to a website in which I thought I was ordering it, instead I order/got DermaLuxe and Hydra Stem Cell Serum from this other company When I called the customer service line, the guy kept telling me how much I will love the product and to "take advantage of the trial sample He also stated that their warehouse ships both the *** product and the DermaLuxe When I repeated that the website was misleading, thus the order was wrong, he just kept repeating himself
When I got the products, I thought it was wrong and went back onto the website, when I clicked on the new samples (which by the way, this website is a joke to) it took me to the *** sample trial website--no I did not reorder Can't believe ** would put her name to such a shady business

Dermaluxe billed me for months supply when I only ordered a sampleSaid that they would refund 100% of one month and then only refunded 35%They flat out lie about what they are doingSay they won't bill again and then doLie about refundsNo Americans work there, and they won't let you talk half of the timeSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

After looking into our records we see that this was a customer service error. The client has been refunded for the product and all subscriptions have been cancelled. Thank you.

I cancelled future orders of Dermaluxe Snake venom peptide cream after using my free sample for several weeks and realizing that it made my skin very oily. I was given a cancellation # and was told I would not receive/be charged for any further shipments. A week later my credit card was charged $92.53 and several days later a package arrived. I assume it's the face cream. I haven't opened it. Upon trying to contact the company at the same # I called to cancel the product from it rings and rings then goes to a fast busy signal. I attempted to call the # shown on the credit card charge and it automatically goes to a fast busy signal. When I look on the internet for Dermaluxe Snake Venom I see that the product has been renamed..Auraluxe. What a scam!
