All phone numbers do not work. I want to cancel. Can't get through.
I signed up for their subscription. The number on my confirmation email has been disconnected. The web site listed on the Revdex.com does not work nor do any of the numbers listed on the Revdex.com. I want to cancel my subscription but can't contact them.

I want to cancel my subscription but there are no working phone numbers or web site. How do I contact them?

Unethical billing practice.
I purchased trial sample and then was billed on a recurring basis for additional products not authorized. This occurred about three months ago and I even contacted them to inform them that I did not want their product going forward, but I still receive products in the mail. I want to stop receiving the product and for them to stop billing me for any other products. Contact was made within the 45 day requirement.

Desired Outcome

Guidance on how to resolve this issue without impacting my credit rating.

Unethical billing practices
I purchased trial samples of product on 6/19/18 and do not remember being told that this was a subscription. I received the product and paid for it on my Mastercard. When I received my next credit acrd bill (8/15,2018), I had 2 charges on my card that were listed as follows:
July 6,2018 XXXXXXXXX $89.03
July 6, 2018 XXXXXXXXX $88.87
I called the number listed to say that I believed these to be unauthorized charges. I was told that when I made the purchase I authorized these charges as well. If I wanted to stop these charges I had to do it within 45 days. I do not remember anything like that at the time of purchase. At that point I had not received additional product which was supposedly part of that subscription. I cancelled the subscription and received an 2 emails saying that I had cancelled the subscription. I then called LLBean Mastercard to dispute the charges. and was told they would investigate. The person also told me that there had been additional charges made to my card labeled exactly the same way but dated August 6.
I paid my bill due September 1 minus the July 6 disputed charges. I never did receive any product that I could associate with the July 6 charges.
On August 23, I received a package from this merchant and I returned it unopened to the sender. The merchant refuses to refund the charges saying I didn't cancel in time.

Desired Outcome

All I want is a refund for the July and August charges. For July because I didn't receive the product and for August because I received the package after I cancelled my subscription.

I ordered free trial Jeune Fleur cream, their website will not allow me to continue ordering unless I also ordered the serum. It says, free trial, only pay the shipping which I did since it was only $4.94, I thought. BTW the amount online was $4.94 & 4.93 but my account was charged $13.72 for shipping. After a few days, I see my account automatically deducted $89.03 & 88.87. I emailed/called & asked them to send me a refund for the unauthorized amounts that was taken out of my account. They said I did not cancel on time, which means, they will automatically charged me for the free trial cream & serum I ordered plus every single month after that. There was nothing on the free trial site that said that, otherwise, I wouldn't have ordered that. BTW, their product "DOES NOT" work. I want $177.90 refunded back to me. They are pretty sneaky, desperately forcing consumers to buy their products.

On 4/8/2018 I answered an introductory offer for eye serum and cream from the Jeune Fleur company they were both under $5.00 for shipping and handling which was deducted from my credit card, on 4/25/2018 my credit card was charged for $84.94 and $ 89.03 there was no way to cancel the charges I only got the serum and cream to try it doesn't work I immediately called the *** and informed them of the two charges that were on my account that weren't put there by me on 5/25/2018 I had two more charges added to my account this time was $93.97 and $89.87 I called the *** immediately and told them of the two more charges that were on my account and both times I never received anything, on 5/30/2018 I received a package from these people I immediately returned it to the post office wrote refused on it and sent it back they received it on 6/07/2018 I tracked the package from the day that I refused it, I have already have the Revdex.com involved with this matter due to the fact that the bank won't do anything to get my credit card refunded, I have been trying to resolve this problem from the very beginning and haven't gotten anywhere only frustrated, I spoke to *** today, I spoke to two different people and I got nothing but greif from those people they shouldn't even be in business,so I am hoping that you can help me get the charges refunded to my credit card,as a result of this they have maxed my credit card and I am only making minimum payments so that other charges can't be added, I forgot to mention to you that when I originally replied to this introductory offer from Jeune Fleur that I received the serum and cream about 5 days later but did not want anymore,so when I got the package in the mail that I had returned I finally had an address to send them a letter to tell them they need to refund the money taken off of my card and I didn't want anymore of their products because they were a joke, I got an email from them but no refund.

Refund I want all of the charges that were made to my account refunded so that I can be done with this mess and payoff *** and I will never use another credit card that is attached to that bank because they are morons, they haven't helped me out at all they have only closed the disputes that I have filed with them I am hoping that you can contact this Jeune Fleur company, because the phone number that was given to me by *** is disconnected.

I made the mistake of ordering from Jeune Fleur through an ad on Pinterest. Order *** I ordered the Face Cream and the Eye serum. They took $13.72 immediately from my account and have been calling me nonstop since, saying my order has not been complete and in order for it to be completed I need to call them. They call 4-5 times a day. THEY ALREADY TOOK MY MONEY!! I blocked them multiple times from multiple numbers (518-704-3091, 518-474-9314, 518-936-7949) they call me from, but they still are able to leave voice message. I even put a recorded voice message on my phone stating "If you are calling about a product I ordered cancel it and stop call me!" They still are calling! I'm so frustrated that I fell for this. I have ordered a new credit card. How do I get them to get rid of my number and stop calling me'??'??'
I have more attachments of the order summary and shipping info but I could only attach one so I posted the one that has the amount paid.

Ordered trial sample of product. The company withdrew charges from my account in the amount of $177.90. I was to only be charged for shipping charge
I ordered product when I saw that they would send trial sample and only charge me for shipping. I received product in one box but was charged twice for shipping. I also noticed this weekend that they were charging me $177.90. I contacted them and they stated that it was all in their terms of agreement. I don't recall seeing the terms when I ordered online. After talking with rep, she said that she would close account #*** and refund me $130.00. I would like a full refund for product and one of the shipping charges.

I was charged shipping charges twice, $4.94 & $4.93 but the product came in one box. I was then charged $89.03 & $88.87. They refunded me $130.00. I would like to be refunded the additional $47.90 that is due me and one of the shipping charges.

Misleading product advertisement, misleading website navigation that adds a product to your cart. Misleading purchase info.
On May 2nd I saw an ad for a sample of Jeune Fleur face cream. It was only $4 and change. I added it to my cart and it was asking if I wanted to add the eye serum. I didn't want it but there was only 1 button to click. Not realizing it actually added it to my cart, I paid for my purchase and immediately noticed the double charge. I emailed them right then (12:41pm) and said I did not want the eye serum, to remove it from my order and remove the charge. I get an email back at 4:49pm saying it was already shipped and to just send it back. I figured it was $4 I might as well keep it, the shipping would end up being the same amount anyway. So yesterday (May 21st) , I look at my bank account and they took $89 out! Not understanding this charge, I call to have it removed. He told me that I signed up for a trial, but didn't call in time to cancel it. First of all, they let me believe that it was a sample and that I paid for it. So he tells me to return the products... I said I paid for my sample why would I have to return it? So basically I paid $4 to borrow the face cream! He asks if I opened the products, of course I did. I bought a sample to use it! He said they cannot accept an opened product. He told me I can only get $60 back out of the $89, since I used it. He said the eye serum is still in the trial, so I can return that at no charge, even though it's open, but I can't return the opened face cream? How is the eye serum still in trial when they were both ordered on the same day?
Makes no sense.
So, I paid almost $100, only $60 returned and I still have to pay to ship one product back. On top of it all, the $89 was for my son's karate payment. When they tried to take their payment there wasn't enough to cover it, now I have to pay $25 more for insufficient funds due to this grimy company. Unbelievable.

I would like to have the $89 returned, not just $60!

E-Mail was sent to me showing a glowing report about a face cream that had been shown on the TV Program, Shark Tank. It showed that all 5 "sharks" wanted a piece of the action with this product. Like an it I clicked on the e-mail and ordered the Free Sample of it for the cost of postage only. I had noticed at the very bottom of the order form that if a call was not made within 14 days from the purchase of the product an auto-shipment each month would be sent to the tune of almost $90. I knew I didn't want that to happen so I called the day after I received the products to cancel even though I had not yet tried the product. When I called I was informed that I was not sent a sample but the full jar of product as well as the eye serum. They told me the products were worth $177 but they would offer me a sweet deal of just $39.97 a month or I could just make a full cancellation. At this point I knew I was dealing with scam artists, got the info to cancel and did just that but was very disappointed because they were totally unethical. Something needs to be done about companies like this.

Desired Outcome

Modification/discontinuance of Would like them to get at the very least a huge threat about their sorry business practices.

Their business commercial advertising is a scam. They advertise the product for free and pay only shipping and handling; they don't disclose that there is a 14 day trial, but if you don't call within the trial period they charge a monthly product change and auto shipping. This is false advertising and failure to disclose the full terms of the agreement.
