Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
I would like to state that there are several untruths in the message sent by the business The terms and prices they show were absolutely not on the screen I ordered from - only the shipping charges The first time I saw the product prices was on my credit card statement No information was shipped with the product - only the product was in the package If I had the information, I certainly would have returned the order The product does list the manufacturer's name, address only Miami Beach Florida and a phone number I also did not have the websites they listed in their message Also, the message stated they had sent me e-mails As of today, 10/15/15, I have received none The business states they have refunded the remainder of the charges which will take 3-days I hope they are being honest this time If I do not receive a credit, I will contact you again Thanks for your help

I sent two emails to the support Email address but received no response.  There was no paoerwork in the packages providing directions for return.  I have not received any email from them although their response inducates they did send an email.  in addition I promptly disputed these charges through my credit card company. Per my credit card company they never received a response from dermarose. This is a scam. I want all charges removed from my credit card. If dermarose wants the unopened products returned ill be happy to provided I get a postage paid label.

At Dermarose, every customer is given the option to try their first 30 day supply without charge for 10 days after receiving their order. During the 10 days, if the customer is not satisfied with their product,...

they are to contact customer service via phone or email with a notice of cancellation and the product must be postmarked for return within those 10 days. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after 10 days from the date of delivery, they are automatically billed for the product and then billed and shipped a new 30 day supply every 30 days thereafter. The customer has the ability to cancel at any time by calling customer service or emailing [email protected]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on www.trydermarose.com and www.dermaroseshop.com, the product, the pamphlet that arrives with their order, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on www.trydermarose.com and www.dermaroseshop.com where the customer would have ordered the product(s). The customer also has to click “I agree to the terms and conditions” twice before the order is processed. If the customer does not click the box to agree with the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website, at the bottom of the first page, and also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their billing information, as well as sent out with the product.
The customer placed the order for Dermarose Eye Serum and/or Dermarose Face Cream on 8/29/15. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 and/or $3.95 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply they were sent. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 9/13/15 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The customer contact Dermarose on 9/29/15 with a request for cancellation. At that time, the customer was offered and accepted a refund of 50% for each product since they were out of the trial period and the account was cancelled immediately and the customer was sent cancellation notices via email for each subscription. Based on the nature of this complaint, we have refunded  the remainder of the charges, in the amount of $44.49 for the order of Eye Serum and $43.97 for the order of Face Cream. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account.
We stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. Terms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reason. Please refer to our website, www.trydermarose.com or www.dermaroseshop.com.
