I left after paying and was told I had to wait 4 weeks before my replacement hair came from the lab. I waited 3 months before it actually came. As soon I came to the office they made me wait an hour. I then got the hair which looked nothing like mines. They then proceeded to glue it to my head. The result was so unnatural. I then proceeded to check out and gave the lady at the office a coupon I paid 50 doloars for to get 60 percent off my monthly payments for a year. The doctor seemed displeased and told me okay you'll pay 125 a month but you owe me 130 mire for this month. I was confused at the statement but I agreed,left and never came back or paid.
