Dear Sir/Madam:
I am rejecting this response because the cost that this firm is associating with a new patient visit and an over-the-counter treatment is simply outrageous. First, I have never been charged for a new patient visit at any other provider my children and I have visited. Second, the treatment that was administered by the professional was an over-the-counter treatment and can be purchased at a pharmacy for less than $20.00. The charges are not justified.
