Our goal is to make sure that every patient has a wonderful and positive experience in our clinicWe apologize that you didn’t feel this way To address the front desk issue, we had an employee from a different department filling in for the receptionist whom was sick that day, she may have been confused on the no show policy Our no show fee is for established patients The No Show Fee is a policy kept in place to encourage our patients and clients to keep their scheduled appointments The office manager originally scheduled you for ample time for the consult and treatment per your request Our cosmetic consultations cost $dollars We are sometimes able to accommodate patients the same day for their treatments if there is time and the conditions are right As a courtesy, we apply this $dollars to the patient’s treatment if they decide to proceed Often times, patients choose to have these done on separate days During the consultation, DrJ [redacted] and the patient agree upon patient’s expectations and desired, possible outcomes She will decide on a treatment plan with multiple options and will let the patient know before any treatment is done You were given options with chin, options with the chin/neck, and the option to not do any treatment With a total of options, you had decided on the one time treatment of the chin The one time treatment cost was $ Which $dollars applied to and you were asked to make the difference payment of $ You have mentioned that you have had laser hair removal before but every practice is different with different policies DrJ [redacted] has been in practice for over years in the medical field and has always considered the neck and chin area as separate treatment areas This is why we schedule the consultation to address all of this information beforehand You did have the time with the doctor, and also agreed on the one time service of chin laser hair removal Therefore we will not be issuing a refund We welcome you to return and we will give you the utmost care We appreciate all of our clients and patients We would have loved for you to have addressed your concerns in person the day of your service Thank you for taking the time to inform us of your concerns, we have had that employee go through additional administrative training Please feel free to call us at the office to discuss anything further and we would be glad to speak to you You may reach us at 317-257-Monday through Friday
