*** ** ***Thank you for passing along the information regarding Ms ***'s complaintThe initial visit on April included repairs that required our plumber to shut off water using a gate valve
on the plumbing supply systemIn the day following our service, April 20, the gate valve began to leak after our useThere was no charge for the repair of the valve.Several days later on April 24, a leak occurred near the valve mentioned aboveThe leak was not related to the initial workOur plumber charged for the parts and labor as though we completed repairs during the original visit, not as a new service callMs *** was not satisfied and expressed that she would contact the Revdex.com.During a subsequent phone call on April 24, Ms *** called to voice her displeasure againDuring this conversation, I informed Ms *** that McKean would not charge her the $for the repair and we would destroy the checkMs *** accepted this result.As it stands, Ms *** was charged for the original work completed on April and $for any subsequent work to date.Please feel free to contact me with any questions.Thank you,Henry K***General Manager
