In December of 2014, I put down a deposit of $to the clinic for an appointment, which I cancelled shortly thereafter At that time I requested a refund of my deposit to my card, which I was assured would be promptly refunded
It has been a year and a half, and I still have not received that refund And I am paying interest on the refund they never issued
I drove minutes out of my way for an appointment I had made a month prior with Dr***When I arrived the very unhelpful staff informed me my appointment had been cancelled WITHOUT telling me and Dr *** could not see me They wasted over an hour of my time as well as a vacation day from workDon't waste your time going to this placeEvery experience I have had with them has been HORRENDOUS!
I had an appointment back in June, in which Dr*** came into the room for approximately min, & was COMPLETELY pretentious, spoke over me as I asked questions and prescribed medication that WASN'T COVERED BY MY INSURANCE after I specifically asked to make sure it wasIt was truly clear that she didn't have regard for anything other than herself, and the money she was making from my appointment - which is even more true nowThe prescription? Was ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR ROSACEA CREAM - in which I was offered a "coupon" from Erika, and Walgreens didn't accept it(The cream was newer to the FDA, regardless this should have been explained in depth)
I called immediately after my appointment to discuss with the Office Manager and a Triage nurse regarding my experience in which I was told that the appointment is at NO COST - and Erika *** was "so sorry." I choose to not leave a review and just continue with my new doctor at another location
