still haven't reviewed anything from this company either. I have been waiting ever since August . this company seems to be a scam an there is no phone number just an email sent messages and gave them plenty of time to get back with me and nothing yet.
I think we all need to file a law suit.

Review: I ordered the Skin Eraser RFX product from Dermazan on June 1st,2014 and never received the order. I tried to contact customer service Via their messaging system on the 'my account' area of their website, I never got a response in the three times I tried to contact them between June 11th- july 1st. The order is marked as ' awaiting fulfillment' and I haven't seen anything.

Review: I ordered this companies product on June 1st 2014 and it is now June the 16th 2014 and I still have not received the product I ordered and they took payment for said order on the first of June. I have inquired 3 times via email and I still have not received any returned email, products or even my money back. I'm not understanding why a company would take my money the day of or the day after I ordered their product and nearly 17 days later I still have nothing to show for this company taking my money.Desired Settlement: Send me the product as they have already taken my money or refund my money and give me the product for free since it's taken so long and they have essentially ripped me off so to speak. No explanation apology via email or anything

Review: During an online search for skin care Dermazan was reported to be an effective solution for skin care. A visit to their site produced the necessary form for ordering their product. A debit card number was provided and the form completed. The following day the bank was drafted paying Dermazan. After two days online status of order still showed "awaiting fulfillment". "Contact Us" provided an internal form and an inquiry was generated as to when fulfillment and delivery could be expected. No response received. No acknowledgement of receipt of inquiry provided. Two days later a second inquiry was generated with the same result.

Four days ago, during a weekly order status update the site, www.dermazan.com, shows "store unavailable". A review of bank statement verifies funds not reimbursed. It has now been 60 days since initial order.

Is this company still in business and just experiencing temporary logistical issues?

Does the company provide any further contact information?Desired Settlement: If company is suffering temporary issues send the product as soon as possible. Otherwise refund monies paid in good faith.

Review: I ordered the Dermazan Skin Eraser product from their website. I got the website from an article that claimed it helps erase stretch marks. I received an order processing form in my email after my purchase was completed. That was on July 1st. I have received no further updates about my product and it still says it is "awaiting fulfillment." I contacted their customer service department through their website (I could find no phone number on their site) and have yet to receive a response. That was a week ago. Since then, I have read many comment from other customers who claim that they have ordered their product as well and are having the same problem. So far I am out $75 dollars, which they promptly removed from my bank account, and still have no product or word back from this business. Now it says their website is undergoing maintenance so you can no longer even check on your order. It says it it will "be back up shortly", but that was over a week ago as well. If I click on the email link for my order, it says that the link does not exist.Desired Settlement: I would like the product (if in fact does exist at all), but barring that, I would like my money refunded.

Review: I ordered a product from this company on May 25th, 2014. I received an e-mail on May 28th stating my order had been shipped. When I try to track the shipment online it shows the package was never placed into the post office's mailing system, meaning it was never shipped, despite Dermazan's report they had mailed it to me. I have sent the company two separate complaint forms trying to get the issue resolved but both have been ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back because I never received the product I purchased.
