Good Afternoon, This email is a response to a complaint made by a current customer of oursOur companies response is as follows. DeRosa Landscaping has provided services and prices based on our signed contract from *** *** *** ***As stated in our contracts we use weather
data from *** which is a federally ran organization for snow accumulation totalsour pricing has been based off of all data given by the *** organization. After submitting an invoice, I had received a call from *** *** *** *** stating they will not be paying for the invoice sent over and they have hired someone elseThere had never been a talk prior to this of their unhappy servicesAfter a few conversations we had worked with them on the items they had in question and had offered us a payoff for less than the contracted items and services renderedWe continued to perform services with the firm until the 6th of March well after the original complaint. It is sad that in todays day and age if a customer has a disagreement they immediately threaten to hurt a business that has never had a disputeI may add that we currently provide snow removal services for Hospitals in the MA commonwealth, as well as many different organizations for non profit. -- Respectfully*** ** ***DeRosa Landscaping / DeRosa Garden Center*** *** *** *** ***
