Holy Moly! My customers wife sounds a little over-rot.1st,It is not uncommon at all when ordering custom made leather goods to wait to or more months for these
type of specialty items***'s order was initially delayed due to a wolfs head accouterments I was waiting forI called *** when it arrived and told him I would finish putting it together and mail it outThe next week had me in PA setting up an event which seemingly took forever to finishIn between this and repeated visits to the *** *** *** at *** *** I underwent operations on my left *** for a *** *** *** ***, one of which left me sidelined for a weekThis has been a nightmare for meNever the less, I am a little put out about me "not answering my phone"First over that is not an accurate statementWhen I am working by hand or machine on something that I can't put down, phones waitIf I'm with a customer, phones waitIf it is not between and o'clock, personal calls onlyMy cell phone does not run my life.
Anyway, I could go onCustomers were texting and messaging me after reading her *** posts and were pissed as to what her @#$%!@#$ problem isI told them to cool down because she obviously did no see the posts about my *** issuesThey told me I was to kindBy the time you get this email the Baldric should be in their handsI certainly do apologize for any and all delaysHave a great Day

Revdex.com: To whom it may concern, after contacting on *** the matter was finally resolvedAs for his comments those were not true, we were told when ordering that it would be 6-weeks, we had ordered much more detailed leather piece which was done in weeks As for the responses about my wife, she was rather cordial under the circumstances and as for his customer's comments the funny thing was another person said they were dealing with the same issue with him, I didn't see anything other than thatIf it makes him feel better to talk down someone he has taken advantage of then I guess that is his issue, such a sad way to beAll things come back to someone good and bad, just glad I don't have his karmaI finally received my merchandise that is all I asked for in the first place, that or my money backLesson learned, we won't make that mistake again
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
