We are not members of the Revdex.com, so there will be no further response. Our only action will be to follow through with the 10 day eviction process. If the customer does not comply with said notice and remove his belongings from our property we will...

not take any further payments and he will go delinquent and have his property sold at auction so that we can maintain control of the stall.

I am rejecting this response because:HOW did they investigate without contacting me I talked with an employee that was working on the...

dates my lockers were broke into he admitted to me that he witnessed two people in my locker 2729 upon talking to them he said he asked if they had cut the lock to gain entry they responded no and presented him with an uncut lock he told me he asked them several times if they had cut the lock they stated no he then told me  that he could not prove that they cut the lock so he let them proceed for two solid days taking loads of my stuff out it wasnt until the third day the manager of the facility returned to work that they were stopped and my lockers were secured with locks provided by the facility. Sept. 18 was the day the two people were seen by the employee sept 20 the manager returned to work and secured my lockers.I was not notified until oct. 3 when I tried to gain access to my lockers I could not because of the locks the facility had put on I then went to the office to see why these locks had been put on the manager told me that my lockers had been tampered with and that I would need to show her my ID before I could gain access I had lost my wallet so I didnt have proper id so I was denied access.on oct.14 I returned with my new id the manager removed there locks I proceeded to try and remove my locks I entered the combos neither lock would open so the manager had to cut both locks before I could gain entry  into my lockers the second I looked into my lockers I noticed rite away that someone had been in them.for the next 2 to 3 weeks following I did inventory on both lockers to find out how much stuff was gone I could not understand how so much had been taken without anyone seeing anything so I started asking questions I started with the manager  she told me that when she returned to work that someone had gained access to locker 2729 she noticed it was not me so she kicked them out and locked both lockers with facility locks she assured me nothing was taken I told her that was not true she then told me she was not at work the two days prior and told me who was there so I waited until that person worked again and asked him what had happened thats when he told me about the two people he had confronted in my locker he said he couldnt prove anything so he let them proceed for two days he witnessed them remove several loads he said they showed him they knew the combo to the locks so he figured it was ok I told him obviously they had removed my locks and replaced them with there own thats why I couldnt open them when I first tried to gain access I then asked him if the code to either locker was entered to gain access to the facility he said he didnt know. Every locker has its own code that has to be entered to gain access to the facility  if the code was not entered for that locker that locker should not be accessed  he said he didnt know what code was entered for the two people to have gained access to facility I then asked him if he looked at the details of the rental contract on my lockers when he was suspicious of the two people being in locker 2729 but couldnt prove anything he said no I told him it clearly states no person other than [redacted] is to be in either locker he then told me not to involve him and walked away I said but you are involved you let these people take my stuff he said he was sorry and walked away I returned two days later and told the manager what her employee had told me she looked at me and said she was sorry and that she wasnt allowed to discuss it with me that I would have to contact neil richards her boss and take it up with him for the next 3 weeks I called him everyday and left messages I got no response I then talked to the manager again and told her I couldnt get in touch with neal she then gave me paperwork to fill out and that I had to make a police report so I did I made a police report filled the paperwork out and returned it to her she said she would make sure neal got it several weeks went by with no response from anyone so I tried contacting neal with the number I was provided again no response I then sent a email to the corporate office again no response so thats when I contacted the Revdex.com.                                                 thank you for your help and quick response                                                                                                                       [redacted]
