I'm going to keep this short, because I'm typing on a mobile platform. This place is given an A+ rating on the Revdex.com website. In person? That is a LIE. This place is listed as rated 5 stars on the internet. The truth is? That is also a LIE. The customer service is ghetto, the prices are exorborant, and worst of all, both the dentist HIMSELF AND the dental assistants claimed I was given a medication that would address my pain problems. The dentist gave me a prescription for amoxicillin ONLY. I DoD my research. That is an ANTIBIOTIC. It does absolutely NOTHING for pain. Still, having seen that this place had a 5 star rating--before any of the above became my reality & knowledge-I made an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction, the pain of which was killing me. They charged me $99 for the x-ray & cleaning, and the woman who cleaned my teeth was unforgivingly rough! Even when I told her she was hurting me, she only got defensive & blamed me for 'having a big tongue'. And her English was terrible! I could barely d understand her! Even worse, she promised to finish cleaning my teeth the next day, but never did! So I paid for a service that I sidn't fully get! The tooth extraction was $270--the MAXIMUM they could charge. No explaination as to why. And when it was over, they explained to me why I would need additional,cleaning and how to pay for it--but they never gave me or prescribed ONE PAINKILLER!! WHAT THE HECK!! I DEMAND some of my money refunded--for the most ABSOLUTE POOR QUALITY dentist work I have ever received!! I left the dentist's office with a gauze in my mouth....40 minutes later, I was in EXTREME pain!! I called them, and they casually suggested over the counter medication for me. When I asked why I wasn't prescribed something else, the lady snapped on me and said, 'I just prescribed you something; take THAT! It works wonders.' And hung up! What the hell, man!! I didn't deserve that!!
