Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I would just like a refund that is allI did not think I was asking much considering the condition of the room and the fact that I found someone elses trash in the room the next morningI do not think I am asking for much considering the room did not appear clean but again I state I did not do a full inspection of the room when we came in at between midnight and oneIt is not until the next morning that I saw what the room was really like and to think I slept there I was disgusted the next morningregardless of how long I was in the roomI feel that asking for a full refund or a corporate number is not such a huge demandThis company and its employees are rude and blame the customer instead of taking responsibility for the fact that their room was dirty and their staff do not careI am still asking for the full refund of which regardless of how long I was there the room was not what I paid for and certainly not worth that kind of money Regards, [redacted]

I will happily take a 50% refund I am just ready for this to be over. They can credit the money back to my account or send a check to my address which they can call me for at ###-###-####. Thank you.

We want let [redacted] know that it is not "30 some odd dollar", It is 25% credit back on the total amount We did offer that much credit to [redacted], but she denied that offer saying"! don't want your credit" instead want full refund. It is incorrect to say that [redacted] have not received that credit yet because again she said "no" to have that credit back. We called [redacted] to issue 25% credit, but she denied. Therefore, it is unreasonable to say that she have not received credit yet. We just cannot provide phone numbers to anyone who asks for. It is against our policy. It is the same phone number that [redacted] used to call to reach us. [redacted] already talked with the front manager regarding 25% credit. [redacted] have mistakenly written about her fault because we had never told that it was her fault. We are unaware of what actual time [redacted] came in the room. If [redacted] wanted full refund than why she waited till next day morning, we cannot process the full refund after using the room entire night. It is customer's right to call at front at any time, if he/she is having any inconvenience. Instead, [redacted] spent that night and ask for full refund next day morning when she was checking out from the room.

[redacted] checked in to our hotel on 2/15/2014 at 3:21 PM and stayed one night. [redacted] told us that she left the stuff in the room and arrived in the room late in the evening. We are unaware of what actual time [redacted] & [redacted] came...

in the room, but again we just know they checked in at 3:21 PM.. [redacted] spent rest of. the day and night in the same room. If there is any inconvenience caused to [redacted], she 'should have call directly at front but instead she chooses to spend full night in the same room. Next day in the morning, [redacted] came at front desk, and started telling about the inconvenience caused to her and asked for full refund. It' she would come same time when she was not happy, we would have either switch her to different room or give full .refund back, Instead, [redacted] choose to spend whole night and then ask for full refund. She was calling us and was not happy still with this so we decided to give 25% credit back to [redacted]'s credit card, but [redacted] did not accept our offer and instead ask lbr full credit. [redacted] used such words in that early morning and on the phone that we do not want to mention. In addition, [redacted] was telling our staff being rude because they are not giving what she asked for, If she would have told us about the problem at same time, we can give full refund back to [redacted],- but again she came next day in the morning and ask for full refund after spending full night. Therefore, we cannot process full refund.

I would like to get the corporate number or the owners name but again and again I have been denied these requests. So again I ask for a full refund of my 140.00 The room I stayed in was unsanitary and there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. I do not appreciate being denied even the common courteousy of speaking to the manager. Also they said they would give me a 30 some odd dollar refund that I also have not received. I would love a chance to speak to who ever wrote this response directly. And again I was told that it was my fault that they did not take care of their rooms pretty much because I thought I was being courteous by not calling at one a.m. to switch rooms.
