Review: Approximately 4&1/2 years ago I gave 1 large solid gold man's ring, with the letter S in diamonds in the front of the ring to owner [redacted] with a verbal agreement it would be made into a bracelet due to its large size. It was my grandfather's ring, [redacted], passed to me upon his death by my grandmother [redacted]. It was to large to rear as a ring. [redacted] showed me some sketches and we agreed on one of them and he was going to proceed. Shortly after I fell ill and was subsequently diagnosed with a [redacted] and underwent a [redacted] after an emergency [redacted]. Upon contacting [redacted] I received one call back and have since been ignored and even harassed by his other staff concerning other pieces of jewelry which were being repaired at his business. This is a family heirloom with great emotional and financial value.Desired Settlement: Replace the ring or please give me back my original heirloom if you can not finish the job.
