I came home on a very cold Friday afternoon to find my old unit had died on me That night temperatures were expected to go down into the low teens After a phone call, the guys at Derryberry were here the very next day The crew worked tirelessly all day and into the early evening putting our unit in, so we would have heat Thanks to ***, ***, and *** for a job well done The unit looks great and the work was done with excellency You guys are the best!!! We are a very satisfied customers
This is the best heat and air company I have ever delt withThis was my 3rd HVAC purchase and Derryberry is the very bestEverything the company that serviced my unit when it stopped working did not do , Derryberry did without cost to me

I had been at work all day and when I got home and walked in the door I knew immediately something was definitely wrongIt was very cold in the houseActually colder than outsideDerry berry had installed a neighbor's unit some time ago and gave me their numberI called and spoke with ***He was very professional and came to the house right away I was shocked and elated at same timeThat just doesn't happen with most companiesAnyway *** assessed the unit found the problem fixed it right awayThe coil is going bad and it had no freonHe also checked other things and gave me my options and let me decide what I wanted to doHe took the time and explained to me what each element meant in layman's termsHe gave me an estimate of the cost to repair this unit vs a new unit if this one is not under warranty.Well mine is not under warranty so I'm getting a new unit from them*** at this time is getting credit information and cost quote so I should be going strong soonI will let you know what happens once installedSo far this has been the best experience possible considering the circumstancesI can not thank *** and *** enoughThe people at Derryberry really do care about their customers needs and go above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of
