My invoice for the [redacted] Loader is enclosed, and as you can see it states "As Is - Delivered"As Mr [redacted] testifies, it was delivered to the port of New YorkThis machine was sold by pictures and a general discriptionThe machine referred to is years old, and they apparently expected something in new conditionMy invoice also states no warranties expressed or impliedKeep inmind this machine was also sold to someone named ***, and not Mr**I offered to correct any problem with the starting issue if they delivered the machine to my yard in [redacted] , New YorkAs stated, we did everything we were responsible for according to the invoiceEnclosed are pictures of the Loader, e-mail stating we offered to correct a minor starting issue, and a copy of a possible slander letterMr [redacted] had every opportunity to view and inspect the [redacted] Loader prior to purchaseI have no further obligation towards this issueSincerely Richard

Yes the amount that has not been sent back to us from the deposit is 13,and i'm also asking to be give 1,for expensive because I went to N.Y to try and collect in person with no luck
