[A default letter is provided here which indicates your rejection of the business's offer Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10730427, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this offer appear below: [You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease type details here:] Regards, [redacted] MrsGregg States that She was being "generous" in saving us a visit to the vet She suggested that I meet her and her husband up there I was going to pay for the medication when I met MrsGregg and her husband on June 8th but MrsGregg said she would take care of it I never asked her to do that On that visit the vet only looked at the outside of the ears and not with a scope inside He did not take a smear or do a thorough check MrsGregg brought puppies in for shots and chips on that day When we picked the puppy up the following day MrsGregg stated she had been cleaning debris out of one of the puppy's ears In hindsight, we probably should not have taken the puppy at that time When I took the puppy to the urgent care facility on June 10th, DrCory Breen examined the puppy, took an ear smear and determined that she had an ear infection, skin infection, and possible urinary tract infection I attached the doctors notes and receipt to my original complaint, which I am resending The puppy was on antibiotics for a week I trimmed her private areas at the vet's suggestion to keep the puppy healthy and clean I never trimmed her coat I trimmed around her eyes because of excessive tearing When I returned the puppy MrsGregg said, depending on how much she sold the puppy for, she would return our money minus the deposit She mentioned nothing about how the puppy looked, or how altered she looked She was the one who stated she would return our money Had I known she was going to go back on her word I could have found a good home for her myself MrsGregg states that my wife couldn't handle the puppy due to arthritis in her arms I mentioned to MrsGregg that the dog was so hyper that sometimes it was hard for my wife to control her because she has arthritis in her hands I was trying to relay to MrsGregg that the dog is not the laid back puppy she claims she is I did not change my story There were many dogs in the Gregg house when we went there and MrsGregg wasn't paying any particular attention to any of them My wife was crying because it was a very heart wrenching decision, as I stated in my original complaint We expected to come home with a healthy puppy and instead found out we had an infected puppy July 12, MrsGregg sent us the e-mail stating the puppy was altered MrsGregg continually complains about the excessive trimming If she felt the dog didn't look up to standards then we were overcharged for her This is not a show dog If she was, MrsGregg would have kept the puppy herself She states that she had to pay for a room for the puppy but it certainly didn't cost her $1, She also resold the puppy If MrsGregg had been honest with the people who inquired about adopting her she would have told them she had been infected Instead she continues to blame us for her breeding problems MrsGregg says she was slandered I've stated the factsMrsGregg called us unfit pet owners and assumes we "didn't really want a new puppy" and insinuates "the poor puppy was in the middle of our problems" She stated she was going to spread the word so we would never be able to get another Havanese in Michigan or Ohio MrsGregg is upset because I returned a puppy and she was unable to find another buyer right away
