I called to set up an appointment and the customer service from the woman who answered the phone was appalling. She purposely used voice inflections and long pauses to let me know she thought every question I asked was stupid. Do I need to have the person on the phone say, "uh, yeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaah" when I ask if they can change a lock on a front door? No I don't. After a few more long pauses and rude answers I told her I did not want to hire their service. She made it known she absolutely did not care. One wonders how bad the service would have been from the person who shows up at your door.
