I followed up with customer via telephone and email. We’ve corresponded via email since he unable to speak on the phone during business hours.The holsters were purchased on Amazon approxmonths agoSince he is under the year warranty I went ahead and issued him a return authorization
number to send both holsters in for inspection.Upon inspection we will either repair or replace the holsters and ship them back via *** Ground at no charge
