This is by far the WORST company everI ordered three pair of boots in November only to get pair deliveredThe receipt that I received stated that the missing pair of boots were on backorder and that they will be shipped seperately or my funds will be returned back to my cardAfter weeks of waiting I still have not heard anythingI emailed AMIclubwear and days later I received a response from Demi Lopez, saying basically that I won't be getting my shoes but they can give me a store creditThat same day I responded and told her I did not want a store credit, I want my money backThey took the money out of my account for shoes that I wanted and then in turn respond and say that they don't have the shoes but can give me a store creditTHAT IS FRAUDhow are you going to give me a store credit when you all are out of the shoes that I wantedNo wayI called at 12PM EST, which is 9AM PST on their end and was on hold for minutes only to get told that they have high call volume and my call would be disconnectedUNACCEPTABLEI still have not received a response from DEMI LOPEZ not have my funds been returnedI WILL BE FILING A CIVIL SUIT against these bsTheir customer service suck and I will make sure that everyone knows thisThey are a ripoff and they want to keep your money for merchandise that they don't even have in stock

I ordered from this website about two months ago already going on third month They were advertising their big July sale and that everything you order, you would get before the holidayWell that never happened I never received my items until about a week or two after the July 4th holidayI reached out to them before the holiday to make sure that they can't just send it out, they wrote me back saying no because some of the items are coming from a different warehouseThat doesn't sound fair to me, they're advertising isn't legitimate, the least they could do is state which items online you could have ordered and received on time like they promised And to top it off, this was my first time ordering from them and I know that they're super popular amongst a lot of girls, but I am highly disappointed by the quality of their clothes it's complete and utter ***It's basically clothes that are worth a dollar that they're selling for about $it's kind of a jokeThe worst part is, is that two of my items were backordered and I still have not received those items Like I said it's been almost months now, I emailed them about a week ago about my back order and I emailed them today, because they're impossible to get a hold of on the phoneI definitely do not recommend anybody shopping on this website because they will scam you and there's nobody you can get a hold ofI will continue to either get my money back or at least somehow get those two items shipped to me

I ordered 3pairs of shoes only received 2 with a note saying they will send soon as it's in. I waited 2 weeks and then requested my money back was told a 2-4 weeks it's been 6 weeks . No one returns calls or emails. Now I'm going to put a negative review on every site I can. It's a shame to because I have ordered from them at least 2 times a month for 6 months straight now that isn't happening anymore.

I wasn't happy with AMI return policy when I found out some of the dresses didn't fit right. However When I called into customer service they were more than happy to give a store credit towards new items. Thank you

Just wanted to let people know that I am very pleased with AMI Clubwear. I recently purchased a sweet bikini, these amazing strap-up heels and some lingerie that I know my man is going to love!

I had a small problem with one item and they quickly took care of it, sending me out a replacement.

The website is really well designed and easy to use, with lots of pics and descriptions of everything they sell. They also have an absolutely amazing selection of all the things I like the most, so I think I'll be coming back a LOT!

First of all the selection of clothes is great and the prices are very affordable when compared to the quality. The whole website is just neatly organized and this is a resemblance of a high quality shopping website. There are various types of clothes to chose from, you will be amazed of what you can find there. I got to emphasize that all products I ordered arrived on time and undamaged. I will surely buy again from here. AMI Clubwear has quickly become one of my favorite places to shop. Recommended!

I absolutely love this website. I've been an loyal customer for years and I just placed another order recently and I quickly realized that I never have to do special shipping because it ships within days without me paying more. I've never done a return so I can't comment on that process but I did have few items on backorder now and again (never multiple items from one order) and as soon as I call I get a human who helps me right away and I either get store credit or they credit my cc account, my choice. I will continue to use AMI ... My bf would probably prefer I don't judging from my collection of shoes and dresses but to each their own! I shop no other sites ever! You can't beat 50% off days! I love them!

I guess with any retail company there are many deceptions and a lot of deceiving customers but this company takes the cake. They do not tell you upfront there policy as other well accredited companies do. The quality is horrible. The service even worse. I will never shop here again.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and only 2 pairs arrived. However, the invoice stated the 3 of them were shipped. I called the company, the lady was only able to give me store credit but was unable to refund my $$ back to my credit card. I am not very happy of it, because it force me to order again. Otherwise, I would loss my $$ :( In addition, the clothes are not good quality at all. I guess you pay what you get. You better save your $$ than toss it in the trash (if you order clothes from them)!!
