I ordered 3pairs of shoes only received with a note saying they will send soon as it's inI waited weeks and then requested my money back was told a 2-weeks it's been weeks No one returns calls or emails Now I'm going to put a negative review on every site I canIt's a shame to because I have ordered from them at least times a month for months straight now that isn't happening anymore
I guess with any retail company there are many deceptions and a lot of deceiving customers but this company takes the cakeThey do not tell you upfront there policy as other well accredited companies doThe quality is horribleThe service even worseI will never shop here again
I wasn't happy with AMI return policy when I found out some of the dresses didn't fit rightHowever When I called into customer service they were more than happy to give a store credit towards new itemsThank you
I absolutely love this websiteI've been an loyal customer for years and I just placed another order recently and I quickly realized that I never have to do special shipping because it ships within days without me paying moreI've never done a return so I can't comment on that process but I did have few items on backorder now and again (never multiple items from one order) and as soon as I call I get a human who helps me right away and I either get store credit or they credit my cc account, my choiceI will continue to use AMI My bf would probably prefer I don't judging from my collection of shoes and dresses but to each their own! I shop no other sites ever! You can't beat 50% off days! I love them!
Just wanted to let people know that I am very pleased with AMI Clubwear I recently purchased a sweet bikini, these amazing strheels and some lingerie that I know my man is going to love! I had a small problem with one item and they quickly took care of it, sending me out a replacement The website is really well designed and easy to use, with lots of pics and descriptions of everything they sell They also have an absolutely amazing selection of all the things I like the most, so I think I'll be coming back a LOT! Thanks to the person who helped me on the phone too I didn't ask her name but she was very sweet Very impressed and highly recommended!
