I was having transmission problems with my 2006 GMC Yukon so I took it there to get looked at. They said it needed replaced which I had them do. so far so good on the transmission, but its only been a few days. in the process of replacing the transmission they broke my starter and told me I would have to pay for it...$200. They charged me $283. The day after picking it up I had a 6 inch puddle of oil under it. This vehicle has never dripped a drop of anything. That also was my problem. They claim they didn't do anything to cause it. They won't work with me on that either. It will cost be another $480 to get the oil leak fixed on top of the $3362 they gouged me for. I called their international customer service line for help, don't waste your time. They'll just tell you that you need to work it out with the store manager. Don't waste you're time here, take it to a dealer.
