Review: I had leased a 2012 Honda Odyssey for the Honda dealership in El Centro Ca. I made every payment well before the due dates. I turned in the vehicle at the end of the contract, after it was inspected. It was given a excellent rating. I am now told that I am 2 months past due on my payments. I contacted Honda financing and I was told three weeks ago as of June 11,2015 that the dealer has not sent the paperwork confirming that the vehicle was returned. Today ( June 11,2015), I had to call Honda Financing once again after finding out the late payment fees are still pending on my account. I was told that the dealer has not sent the paperwork confirming that the vehicle was returned. I was told my account is still open and that if the dealer does not confirm the vehicle was returned. My credit report will reflect a failure to abide to a vehicle contract, preventing me from receiving a favorable credit report, which could prevent me from buying another vehicle, or another major purchase.Desired Settlement: Close my automobile lease contract as favorable, and list any information on my credit reports as the facts indicates, (pays as agreed). I also want Honda's lease policy to change. A consumer should not have to be threaten to have a negative rating from Honda if one of it's dealers or their employee fails to do his or her job.

Enclosed you will find a copy of a check made out to Honda Finance with the amount of the payoff inreference to the above case no. This check was mailed on June 1, 2015 along with all the necessarypaperwork. Obviously, our company acted in a timely manner. I have no idea why Honda took so longto post it to the above account.Our company has no control, whatsoever, concerning this and the insinuation that we, as a dealer, didanything wrong is just not Justified. The problem, if any, is with Honda Financial, not Direct Honda.Please call me with any questions.[redacted]General Manager[redacted]

Review: On Septerber 12 2015 went to Direct Auto Plaza in El Centro CA I asked for an oil change with aynthetic oil and tire rotation. I was charged 70.59 US dollars and I did not get all the services I requested at the dealership. Tires rotation where not performed, after waiting over 4 hours and being the third customer online, finaly got my car and papers about services done to my car. Mechanis said I needed a new air filter when I replaced it not more than a month. That made me doubt about the services. I checked tires and no rotation was done. And the paper sevice had everythin marked as everything was good. A mechanic or somebody in charge saw me inspecting my car and asked me if everything was right. I said I had doubts about the services I requested and this person took my papers away from my without asking and said I will right back. Came back with a mechanic sayng only rotation was not done but they would doit right away. Today September 14 2015, I talked to the manager he and could not give me straight answer. He tried to ease the situation by giving me discount for my nect visit, but I asked him I wanted to talk to his supervisor since he was not giving me an anwer. about why service was not performed. He just gave me another person phone number to tell him about my complaint. Now I am unsure if they even did the oil change to my car. I am worried my car could loose the warranty because this guys did not do their job. When I was there I heard another customer complaining about their services not done right. I would like this place to be sanctioned for their services not done and stop their fraudulent serveces to other. It makes me feel frustration and anger thinking my car would have a problem and warranty will not covered it. Thank you
