I would not recommend Desert Blossom Landscaping to anyone. I really thought Steve S[redacted] would install a new irrigation system and that it would work right. I agreed to pay over $3100 for a new irrigation system and 2 valves. I wouldn't complain if it even closely worked right, but it doesn't. The emitters for my front bushes aren't watering the bushes, but are watering the stones. He never put an emitter to my Paleo Verde tree saying it doesn't need water--it is a desert tree. I have since found out that that information is wrong. One of the worse things is that my roses in the back do not begin to get sufficient water. I have told him this and he came out but charged me another $100. They still are not being adequately watered, and for another $100 he will come out again. In fact one so-called emitter is from the old system and not even hooked up. He didn't install it so that it works right, but I have to pay more money?? In addition, the emitters along a wall of various bushes are not dripping on the bushes as is needed, but on the edge and once again, the stones are being watered. It is very frustrating and a real waste of water. I really wonder if he ever installed an irrigation system before mine. For me, it is a lot of money and things don't work right. Unfortunately, I will need to hire someone to fix this mess.
I really feel like I was taken advantage of. In the company's defense, his workers were good, but they could only do what he instructed them to do.
I am greatly disappointed and hope no one ever experiences this kind of headache.
