but the tool is proprietary to VW and also had to be ordered. I had agreed to finance the vehicle for 3000.00 on 06/09/17 and took a 500.00 cash down payment. At that time she could show me a bank statement that had approx 6500.00 in it. but has no Job or proof of income that would prove to me that she could pay for the vehicle. So after days and days of calling my business phone 18 times a day and my personal phone up to 20 calls and text messages a day I asked her to please come and pick up her deposit.  She then started to tell me that I owe her money for her rental and insurance since the car she wanted was never available to her. I had a  500.00  cash refund available for pick up on the 11th. She text and rambled on and on about her vertigo and did not pick up the refund until the 14th of July. She came in yelling and being very very nasty to me to the point that I almost had to call the police to remove her from my property.

Aside from being incorrect, it is an attack. I need more time to respond intelligently & properly.

Miss [redacted],As you can see I had the car looked at and all problems fixed by [redacted] In Dec. The car had about 10 more miles on it when it was sold. The son did not want to get it but his mother  [redacted] made him. He had come in once because the seat would not go up. (it was a loose...

wire). At that time he asked if he could use the car as a down payment for another car. He said he needed a car with A/C. We could not. Then 2 or 3 days he calls and says the car over heated. He said that he heard a pop then pulled over immediately. And the car would not start and had it towed on the 12th to my lot. I gave him a loner car and took his to the mechanic to be fixed. The mechanic tried to start it and the engine spun with no resistance. He said the engine had no compression. He put water in it and there was no signs of leaks. He called a few days later and said that the engine was destroyed. The heads were cracked and all the piston ring were gone and possibly melted pistons. I told hem what the kid said. He said cars over heat at around 220-250 and this car was heated to about 500. That who ever was driving it DID NOT pull over immediately but drove it till it stopped running. The car is equipped with a temp gauge not a light. It also will ding when it gets too hot. not to mention the smell of a over heating engine.we called the son and told him the car was destroyed. He said that his mom was loaded and would buy him another. We called the [redacted] and she demanded her money back. I told her that if the car had simply broke we could fix it but her son chose to keep driving it until it was dead. So we could not. But we did offer her $750 towards another car which she refused. The car had 510 miles put on it. I know its close but it was over 500 miles.  ..
