Hired *** in December to begin weekly pool service at $85/monthI installed cameras a month later all over my house and noticed *** stopped showing up but I kept getting chargedI asked him about why he wasn't showing up and he made an excuse that someone else was supposed to come and take care of the pool and they must have purposely skipped itEven if this was true you can't just send a random stranger to someone else's house to go into their backyard when you have zero notice of this and don't know who they areI have a protective dog, that if this was the case, he would not have been happy to see someone he didn't recognize just going into our backyardI then kept having problems with this $pool cleaner that *** sold meIt didn't work for more than minutes before getting stuckHe kept adding weights and making excuses for it and it still never workedI found the cleaner online for $and all of the worst reviewsI asked for refund and he gave me $back for it
We moved into a house with a pool that was being taken care of by Neil B*** of Desert CrystalWe paid him his monthly payment of $for the month of June I called him on Monday the 6th of June to ask why he didn't show up the first week of JuneHe told me that he showed up on Memorial dayI was up @6:that morning and never saw him and I told him thatHe insisted that he was there taking care of the poolSo I asked when he was coming this week of the 6th...he said that he would be there that day in the afternoon....never showed or called to let me know anything.I feel that this man is very irresponsible and I should get my money refunded!!
