What a great service! The work was impeccable and *** was timely, professional and extremely affordable!
I had years of calcium buildup on my pool tiles and I had tried multiple pumice stone/elbow grease solutions I could have saved time, money and energy, not to mention my shoulders, by just contacting Desert Diablos earlier On my appointment day, *** and *** arrived early and jumped right into the job In a few hours my tile was cleaned, sealed and he had vacuumed the entire pool and spa It looks fantastic *** left my backyard looking better than when he had arrived

Desert Diablos Pool Tile cleaned and sealed the tile on our pool today and did an excellent job We wanted to get the work done quickly, if possible, and *** *** worked us into his schedule and did a superb job He was friendly, courteous and professional His power cleaning system uses magnesium and cleaned thoroughly without any damage The tiles look like they were hand buffed at the car wash*** and *** even vacuumed the pool afterwards and sprayed down the decking so as to leave the entire pool area looking first rate We recommend him and *** to anyone who needs this or other pool-related work This company is a keeper

I have never written a review like this ever, despite working with dozens of contractors on major projectsI had used Desert Diablos 4-years ago and they did an excellent job so I thought I would hire them againSTOP - NEVER AGAIN! Day one - showed up hours late, then worker couldn't get the equipment to work so sat on our back patio, smoking cigarettes & littering our yardThen pounded on our patio door multiple times terrifying the dogs, even when we weren't homeHis palm prints were all over the door! Despite requests to be careful with the equipment on our decking, turf & flagstone, when now have large grease stains & marks where he dragged the equipment across the yardWe told him to leave even though he didn't even start any workHe then proceeded to take out one of our large barrel cactus going down the driveway! The owner pleaded for another chance with another worker on Sat - and we allowed them another chanceBAD decision! Day two - shows up hours late, againDifferent worker, same resultGot the pool drained, started on the tile, but equipment wasn't working again so no progressDumped decorative rock on our turf, dumped cleaning solution on our decorative rock, marked up the decking even worse and didn't even try to clean any of it upWe finally told him that we were done since he wasn't getting anything done since he was on the phone half the time instead of workingThen he ran into a tree backing out the driveway and broke off a large branchSo, final result, no tile cleaning, no chlorine wash, empty pool that has to be filled right away and probably a $water bill to re-fill the pool even though they didn't clean it! Along with the landscape and decking damageNot to mention having to cancel our Father's Day pool party! So frustrating when people aren't reliable and such poor work!
